โ โ โ โ โ Staff here a friendly and quite knowledgeable. They are very good at suggesting teas you might like based on what you already enjoy. The store has a lovely layout which makes it really easy to browse. I love the mugs - so many cute designs!

โ โ โ โ โ So happy they open back! I am regular customer for David's tea. I like there wellness teas which are essential for me. I stack the Detox, the skinny and ledigstive, I mixed them up and enjoy it after every meal or whenever I like.

โ โ โ โ โ The review is for their tea infuser. Horrible product. Bought this only 2 weeks ago and its broken. Their teas are amazing but they need better infusers.
Update:
Davidโs Tea customer service was kind enough to send me a different new infuser, which had been working great. Very happy with the new product, hence increased my review from 2 stars to 5. (The Teaโs were always good)

โ โ โ โ โ Every experience I've had at this store has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are all so kind, friendly, and helpful. From being patient through my indecisiveness (all their teas smell so good it's hard to pick just a few!) to happily replacing a defective product I received online, I always leave this store happy. I will absolutely be back.

โ โ โ โ โ I was in the store today to make a purchase. I chose a pre-packaged tin of loose leaf tea that was labelled with a sale price sticker. After I paid, I left the store and realized they had charged me full price. When I went back to inquire, the employee rudely told me it was not on sale and looked at me blankly. I pointed to the tag, he said its an old sale price and continued to look at me like I was an inconvenience. I told him I wanted to return it and again just poor customer service. Very surprised at the customer service especially after reading other reviews of the store, a simple apology and explanation that it was mislabeled would have sufficed but employee made it seem like the entire interaction was an inconvenience that I had created...
