Mar. 16th @ 10:00 a.m. Came in to try to diagnose a problem with my boyfriend’s phone as it is stuck in a reboot loop. Couldn’t diagnose the problem after a couple of attempts, BUT Nathan was a great help and provided exceptional service during the process, very friendly. The interaction was probably the most pleasant public interaction we have had in forever. Despite the bad news, we left the store content with multiple options on how to take on the issue, thanks to Nathan. Keep up the amazing work!

Pretty decent Apple store. Very spacious with the typical Apple store interior layout. My only gripe is that because there aren’t regular cashier tills, you rely on staff to help you find/retrieve products as well as make purchases. There often aren’t enough free staff members to help everyone out, so you will occasionally find yourself standing around waiting for assistance. That disrupts the shopping experience and drags it down a bit. Also expect a line up outside the store on most weekends/holidays.

A very poor experience on my visit to the Apple store yesterday. Walked in to collect my item and the rep-Jazz was unable to find my order. Spoke to my family member to get the reference number and while i was on the phone he kept asking me about the ID not considering that i am still on a call which is quite rude and unprofessional. Was at the Apple store the week before and the rep that was assisting me with my order had etiquette and was professional and also never badgered me for my ID info which i had no qualms in providing. I decided to speak to the Manager-Steve about Jazz's poor customer service and requested an apology and he started speaking down to me and disrespecting me and ofcourse raising his voice with no apology in sight. Ridiculously rude and discourteous. If the Manager has poor attitude and behaviour you cant blame the rep for exhibiting such terrible customer service. Really disappointed and appalled by my experience. Such a shame that a well respected conglomerate such as Apple can hire such people to represent them. No wonder they have a review rating of 3.6/5.

I wanted to thank Jamie L. (tall Filipino ?) for being so kind and helpful during my visit today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like just another number on the list as he took the time to give me advise and asked me about my day. I recommend coming to market mall location!

Fairly large store with the typical Apple store layout. It was quite busy, but I was greeted immediately and I was able to find what I needed immediately. There is no designated cashier area, but the staff member was able to complete my transaction right where we were. I was out of the store within 10 minutes.

Really disliked my experience this past Saturday. It was busy, which I understand and I had made a genius bar appointment. I didn't mind waiting, but what I did mind is how unfriendly my "genius" was and how condescendingly he spoke to me. He kept addressing my boyfriend instead of me, even though the appointment was in my name and I was the one speaking to him. I also really didn't appreciate how flippant he was over every little thing, for example when I said I didn't back up my data before coming but I did the day before and he said "well, I can't help you with that" or when I was entering my password and he said "if you don't know your password I can't help you with that" and he kept trying to write me off to make a follow up appointment rather than help me and be patient, especially after I had waited over thirty minutes for my scheduled appointment. He had no customer service skills whatsoever and made me feel very uncomfortable. He spoke down to me the whole time and I couldn't wait to leave. Honestly, it was the type of experience that I keep thinking about because it made me feel so uneasy. I really didn't appreciate the way I was treated by this individual who chose to work in customer service and I'm disappointed he spoke to me the way he did.

Daily from Market Mall and Ray from apple customer service both relayed the same message which the manager Darleen did not honour. She did not follow up with customer service and resumed to offer no additional help regarding alternative options. Daily was very helpful which is the reason for the two stars as he was very helpful and efficient in helping me buy apple products in good time. The staff are way more helpful than management who don’t seem to care about quality customer service and quite frankly come off rude.

Never expected such a bad experience with Apple. I was promised by the phone support agent that my phone will be replaced if I walk into this store. The phone agent even said that he left notes on my account for the store staff. To my surprise, when I reached the store they simply denied replacing the phone. They ran a hardware test and it returned a couple of issues highlighted in red, the supposedly tech guy did something to the test results and changed them to green and said there is nothing wrong with the hardware and refused to replace it. What a cheat... I traveled almost 45 minutes to get there and they completely refused to honor the commitment that the phone support agent had made by tricking the test result. They said that they see the notes from the phone agent but still refused to replace it. The manager did not care even when I said this is going to be my last purchase with Apple because of their terrible attitude and extremely poor service. She did not show any signs of care or bother. She simply said, OK. Never going to buy an Apple product again. You lost a customer forever...
