★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had previous phone repairs done with Mobile Klinik and those repairs were great. Most recently I needed the front screen and back glass replaced on my phone. Jas and Khristian spent all afternoon fixing the screens to learn that there were greater issues than the broken glass... Jas and Khristian were super helpful and although my phone couldnt be fixed I left there with a new device and I did not pay more than what the repairs would have been!!!!
Excellent customer service - highly recommend them for all your cell phone repair needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jass and Koden were absolutely incredible and saved me hundreds of dollars today!!! I was staying in a hotel while charging my phone there was an electrical surge that completely fried the motherboard of my Samsung. I went to my provider and the best they could do was make me pay for the deductible to get a new phone shipped to me ($500). Because my Samsung was still under warranty they were able to replace the motherboard in just a few hours. I highly recommend this repair shop. So helpful every step of my frustrating day when it was just supposed to be a fun trip to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came in with a potential virus. Kristian helped me very quickly determine that it was a hoax. He assisted me with a few other things and was done in less than 10 minutes AND I didn't have a virus after all!! I am so grateful for his helpful and quick assistance. He was awesome!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jass was great! I brought my phone in thinking I needed a new charging port. He took a look at it and quickly resolved the issue.. It was clogged and he cleaned it out.. No charge to me! Vey very honest as they could have charged me for a repair I didn't need! A+ service and trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was around September 2021 when my phone went completely 'blank' - it wouldn't turn on, even with the battery charger on, no matter what I did. Samsung directed me to one of their authorised repair places, of which this was one. Even if I had to get a new phone, I needed my phone powered on so I could transfer everything. Unbelievably, they were able to get it back for me! Apparently, it had gone into a 'deep' sleep - so yes, it was in the end stages - but from what they did, I was able to keep it going long enough to get my new phone and transfer almost everything. My phone is my life, and these guys are lifesavers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per Shaw they couldn’t do anything to help me with my Samsung phone , they couldn’t get it to power on so they advised me to go to Mobile Klinik. The gentlemen there took my phone and in the matter of mere seconds he had it up and running again! Explained to me what happened and showed me how to prevent the same thing happening in the future. I am so grateful….these guys are amazing….they know exactly what to do. Thank you Mobile Klinik you guys are the BEST!!!!!

From ordering the parts we needed, to installing them, to finding us a better solution when our phone was too badly damaged, they did it all. They even helped us transfer all the data from the old phone to the new phone. Exceptional service and we will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not done any repairs yet, so I cannot comment on their workmanship. I went in to have my Samsung phone looked at for a trade-in. the guy hooked it up to his pc, but couldn't get the 'reading' that he needed?? Anyways, he cleaned it and said the screen is scratched badly and offered 'X' amount. My screen isn't scratched badly. hardly any dust scratches on it. I don't use it much. I've taken 3 pics from different angles of my phone and tried to get the 'sheen' so you can see the screen surface area. It ain't scratched badly, or horribly like he claimed. Maybe they are better at repairs. Maybe this one sales rep isn't the majority, but I ain't impressed so far.
