Usually getting set up with a new phone can be a bit of a pain, but the whole experience was painless and completely inexpensive. I really couldn’t be happier! Our family will continue to go here for our mobile phone needs.

We were helped by Shibu and received exceptional service. He was patient and explained all the plans, answered our questions and was very helpful. I would recommend this Wow boutique located in market mall to everyone and when you are there, ask for Shibu and if he is around, you are guaranteed to walk out fully satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a plan for my son and went around the entire mall checking out plans and options when I stopped at the wow kiosk. Slavi was awesome and went through all the options and ended up getting me a phone for about half the price of everyone else! The plan was great I ended up switching my plan over and he walked me through and did everything in terms of transferring data and lines and all the set up. I will be recommending him and the wow kiosk to everyone going forward. Thanks slavi! The assistant manager was in on the second day and he was really helpful as well. If you need a plan or a phone these guys are great and really know what they are doing!

He even stayed past closing to finish the transfer. 5 stars for helpfulness and courteousness beyond the scope of his job requirements. Thank you Slavi!
