★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can’t make any change to your account. Not a problem with this location just Telus being scum in general. Have to call, wait, constantly be transfered, around and speak to people who hardly understand English. Spent over 2 hours trying to get my address changed all for it to end in nothing.

It was simple to communicate with her, and I felt like my voice was heard while remaining professional; I would strongly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance.

Specially Twinkle, she's really nice and friendly, pretty quick and really patient as I had so many questions. Great service! Nice experience after coming from other companies. Love the North Hill store employees! Totally recommend it!
