There was a hiccup when porting my number over to the new provider but Jas kept with it all day with the tech team while constantly looping me in via text. Amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend

Me and my dad both visited different stores in the mall and either the representatives were busy or they did not know how to fix the issue on my dad’s Samsung phone. His phone kept saying need more storage even though there was enough storage in the phone. Victor not only helped my dad with his phone issue also helped me to get a free upgrade for my phone. I will definitely recommend this place and go see victor he will hook u up with the latest phone. 5 stars for sure.

I went there to set up my watch and ended up getting two new phones and also saved $15 each month on my bill. Victor thank you very much again for your help. We will come back with other family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my iPhone from them which I did after a thorough research but willing to make my visit inconvenient after my wife got hers from them by different antics. I paid extra to secure the deal but not willing to support their shop offer. It took a week before I got the phone and not willing to give the cover I wanted until I told them am willing to cancel the deal eventually I got the cover. Upon my checking the listening device I discovered is not rechargeable by iPhone charger I opted for AirPods which $200 every where but told me $230 but settled for $220 for the shop to take the one that came with the deal at $60. Would you call this a good deal and customer oriented shopping experience? Hence this rating.

Even though we have had 3 or more different sales people or customer service staff, they all had one thing in common--they took the time to be respectful and helpful in anyway they could leading to a happy customer! This time was no different. My partner's phone was not taking a charge and it was quite concerning as it is a new phone, Sajan did everything he could to clean it out and voila! It is now working so beautifully and it didn't cost us a thing! He was very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend this Wirelesswave to anyone needing a new phone or help with one.
