★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Sometimes they put the wrong ingredients on, or charge me for the wrong item and insist I pay extra, or they make the wrong item and make a fuss about having to fix their errors. I work nearby, so I don't have the time on my break to wait to argue to have my order done properly.
I just ordered a salad and they handed me a sandwich. I told them that's not what I ordered. They told me "Well that's what I made and what you paid for. If you want the salad, it'll cost extra." How about you process my order correctly?
Poor service for the prices, won't go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Cali sandwich with no bacon. Service was quick and friendly. Order was made right, tasted good but I fingd it way overpriced. Portion is so small. I don’t think I will be to afford eating there frequently if ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, was super excited because the aroma emitting from the restaurant smelled amazing. Paid too much for a drink, a small Mac and Cheese,
and a Philly. Mac was ok, sandwich was extremely underwhelming. I may be back for the mojito watermelon drink but that's it. Overpriced for the quality and quantity recieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spicy Italian and the cran and Brie sandwich are my FAVOURITE!! I always struggle picking between the two, the food is always consistent, definitely my favourite place in the food court at Market Mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I wanted was a napkin. And this guy launched into a speech about how napkins are expensive and he can't give me a napkin. And he was kinda rude about it. Like just say no, napkins are for customers only I'm sorry. Also, I'm from the restaurant industry. Napkins aren't as expensive as he claims them to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SLOWEST service in the food court. I went there on my lunch break today since there was no line and now I know why, the girl making the sandwiches was incredibly slow. I understand it is more of an "artisanal" sandwich shop versus say subway, but while I was waiting on the side for my food I saw her writing something with the sauce onto my sandwich, maybe her name? Regardless it is ridiculous for a sandwich to take that long to make and being on only a half hour lunch I appreciate when those working in the food court show a bit of hustle, she looked like she was daydreaming. Glad I didn't tip or I would have asked for a refund.

I told the lady that we are celebrating our anniversary so she suggested some sweets and my wife chooses one. This is the one and the nice thing they didn’t charge for it. Thanks guys.
