★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its nice when you can walk into a little donair shop and talk to the guy like he's been your buddy for years. And to top it off, he makes a killer donair. Really friendly and quick. And do me a favour small favour and leave him a tip. He insists you don't, which is more reason to leave one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down my FAVOURITE place in Calgary for Donairs. My brother introduced me to My Donair probably 10 years ago and every time I'm in this part of the city it's a stop for me. One of the best parts is that it's a hole in the wall place... one of those fantastic gems you stumble upon when you're hungry. I always get a massive smile when I walk in the door.
When you get a donair... you're in and out in less than 5 minutes unless you want to sit and have your meal.
My Donair definitely has their taste down to a delicious science.
I highly recommend My Donair if you're in the area... or even if not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend said this was the best donair west of Halifax. Yeah. No. Cook was unmasked. No signage posted to require masking. I asked for NO cheese and extra sweet sauce but got (processed) cheese and a little squirt of sauce so my donair was dry and sticky/gluey. Pretty nasty all around. 1 star because the meat is actually pretty good by itself. Not worth going back though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Little family run business that has been here for over 20 years, and I've been coming here for about that long. Store has an older look / feel but very welcoming.
Quality is great! Very tasty sauce and donairs made well, with options for extras such as hot peppers. Good size and good prices. Staff is very friendly and part of the reason I go back.
