★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m just frustrated at the fact that the food took forever to be made, the service at the counter was sub par, and the sheer fact that my food came out all terribly made me sad and I just had to voice my sad experience. I ordered two twister wraps and a poutine the fries and gravy came out cold, and the wraps didn’t have the tomato way to much sauce and were just thrown into the package. Sad thing was I took it to go and I was so hungry I ate it cuz I had no other choice and spent 20$ on everything. Needless to say I won’t be buying kfc anymore ever, any of my friends who ask the age old question what should we eat? Not kfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do want to give this location a higher score but they seem to ALWAYS short change on their orders that it's obvious they're just doing it on purpose now. Order a bucket or a meal and something is bound to be missing from the order. If they don't want to honour the deal then don't advertise it. Plain and simple. The dishonesty is a disappointing even though we want to support as many businesses as we can during these times but this is no way to run a business. KFC corporate office also doesn't seem to care about the feedback. Fortunately there's plenty of options nowadays for some fried chicken digs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the chicken strips which are my favorite but these were different then other kfc locations. It felt like they were store bought and not the usual KFC strips. No flavor and ver small. I will not go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who helped me today at around 5:50 pm was rude and inefficient. How can she forget the dips and the gravy? It’s what make their chicken tastes better. Very disappointed. Zero star if possible???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them less than 1 star, that is what they will get. The customer care is awful. I placed my order a good 6 hours in advance of my delivery time and 1 full hour later it has not arrived. The so-called customer had no reasonable explanation to give. Horrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another KFC with watered down gravey cold fries and chicken that was cooked a couple hours ago in oil that desperately needs to be changed or filtered.
Does anyone know of a location in the city that actually tries to serve good quality KFC without cutting all the corners to save a few cents?
