★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 3 different orders. Meat is rubbery and soggy. Literally no flavour. Not enough sauce for rice, and the sauce has no flavour to begin with really. I could make better with a can from the grocery store lol. Complete waste of money. Worst Thai I've ever had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Thai Express is horrible, and so was the service…. The basil leaves in my Basil Fried Rice were black in colour instead of green??? And my spring rolls were super dark in colour, which means the oil they used to fry it was super old and has been reused many times. And it cost me an extra 35 cents for a to-go box. I don’t think I’ve ever been charged for a takeaway container before…. Also, they tried giving me an expired iced tea, but I noticed and asked for another one, so be careful! The owner of this location also runs the Thai Express in North Hill Shopping Centre, Suncor Energy Centre, BP Centre, and Centennial Place, so beware…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Green Curry with chicken. First 2 bites was extremely salty food and not green curry taste. I tried mixing up the container to see if that was the issue. Nope just salty and unpalatable. This was my first try here. I wish I had read other reviews first before going. I had to throw it all out. Will never frequent there ever again. I wish I could give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from ubereats. Rice wasn’t cooked properly. Food was bland and overpriced compared to portion size. This, for $21. (Just the cost of the food)
Just go for McDs or chinese takeout, your taste buds and wallet will both thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just got Ubereats to deliver me over a Tom Yum soup and I specifically asked NO CORIANDER/CILANTRO... you completely ruined my meal by not doing a simple and easy instruction... I had to throw it out cause that herb makes me physically sick if I so much as taste it. Complete and utter failure!! I'm never ever ordering from this place again!! Don't bother going here. Thank you for you complete lack of attention to detail for such a small and easy order. YIKES I wonder how you do for bigger ones... poor people who don't read reviews!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Thai express location truly deserves the low ratings it has. Customer service is non existent. When I asked for some chilli oil/ sauce on the side so I could adjust the spice level of our Basil fried rice, the lady behind the counter refused to give any. What made things worse was the fried rice we got was soaking in soy sauce and was fiery hot. It was totally inedible and ruined my mood. I’d never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. Giving it one star as there’s no option to give a big 0!
