★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service skills were great, however, they got my order wrong. I had the beyond meat burger, I ordered it without pickles and tomatoes and added cheese. The guy at the front was very nice and repeated my preferences back to me. When I got to the car and went to eat my burger none of my requests were fulfilled. I had tomato and pickles and no cheese. The burger was still good but not what I wanted and not worth the $8 since it was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I always love coming to this A&W. They're very friendly and have speedy service every time!! The only thing I would ask them to change is what parts of the lettuce they put on the burger. Was too hard this time. Please make sure it is the softer part of the lettuce. Other than that everything was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service and food is consistently good. The beyond meat burger is amazing, juicy and flavorful. But their new beyond meat sausage and egger is not good. For 5.19$, the patty is very dry. Would recommend their regular beyond meat burger instead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I came today because they had a $3.99 special on the teen burger, it was a young white girl who took my order (ordered a teen burger with extra pickles/onions everything else with no mustard, no ketchup with extra mayo, when they gave me the burger it was plain nothing on it with just cheese and meat, went back, they got the 2nd burger wrong, funny thing is I told the front people exactly what I wanted and I wasn’t happy and told them I’m waiting in line and you guys messed up my order, I even told 2 of the workers in front you messed up my order twice and demanded a refund, the Asian guy said: “you want a refund?” And ignored me and walked away. The original young white girl who took my order just said: “just wait it’s coming, there’s a long line up, and kept giving me looks. Very unprofessional. Never even got an apology for having my burger wrong twice! it’s like they didn’t know how to do their job. Good thing someone more experienced a Filipina lady took over and handled the situation and gave me a refund. How hard is it to make 1 burger.? I’m never going back. So disappointed. The people at the front need to be trained more and be able to handle situations better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't tried a&w's breakfast sandwiches you should get it with the bun and not the English muffin in my opinion excellent way better than their competitors. Also their burgers are really good they're fries are fantastic they're onion rings are very special you can't get anything like it anywhere else and actually I've tried their vegetarian burger and it was really good too surprisingly. My only feedback is that the sweet potato fries need a little bit of salt but honestly they're delicious too
