★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Koodo for 7 years. I went in to purchase a new SIM card since I lost my previous one. Upon arriving I was told I needed ID to purchase a new SIM card for account verification.
Unfortunately I had forgotten my wallet and only had a scan version on my phone. The clerk annoyed, had told me this was not acceptable as he could lose his job and insisted it be a physical photo Id. Despite the quality of the scan where you could see the required info for identity confirmation it was not enough.
I went in the next day with my ID ready, same clerk was there. He proceeds to give me a SIM card, tells me to activate it by going on my account myself. Never asked for ID, never asked to verify my account….
Super unprofessional and time consuming, he could have done that the first time I went in and I would’ve saved on gas and time dealing with his attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm seeing a lot of reviews about Elliot (the store manager) and I wish I had read them before going there. Went in for help and he was totally unprofessional and rude and completely ruined my mom's day. We immediately switched to Freedom and will never come back to Koodo again. Im so surprised that koodo hired such an unprofessional person as a Manager. It was a very simple request and Elliot outright to our face refused to help us. Complete lack of customer service.

I switched to Koodo about an hour ago at this store. It was such an awful experience that made me vow to leave this awful company.
I have already ordered a sim online from Virgin to switch as soon as it arrives.

His knowledge on the products is incredible....if you need to upgrade or change your contract go and see Aries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrick was awesome!!! Today October 21,2021. This guy needs a pay raise, no pressure explained everything. Walked my girlfriend and myself through the best deals etc!! Definitely 5 stars! As a business owner Telus/ Koodo should really keep this employee around!! Great customer service! Thanks Patrick!!!
