★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone (iphone 12 max pro) on Saturday night. Because of covid restrictions they no longer set up the phone in the store. This guy Aries opened the box showed me the phone without taking the screen protector off or letting me hold it but I just took the phone in good faith. I go home remove the screen protector set up the phone and then I noticed there are minor scratches all over the screen. I called them first thing in the morning on Sunday and the guy told me yeah just bring the phone back and we will return it. I go to the store meet this guy named Brett and he totally refused to take the phone back. They claimed to have called Aries to confirm and he totally lied telling them he showed me the whole phone before selling it. I have never been more angry and disappointed with a company. The whole staff in this store was horrible and apathetic. Ended up canceling all contracts and buying the damaged phone outright. Worst possible customer service. It was a horror indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially apprehensive to the receptivity of the kiosk. I suppose because when we as people are talking to salespeople we automatically assume bad if not the worst of things. When I talked to one of the Sales reps we spent a lot of time going over the intricacies of my contract and I left having thought to myself that I must have been played. Having said that, contrary to my fallacious assertion, this place is the real deal and they really do try to help you out as much as they can (hard to believe I know.) I would mainly advocate for Aries. He really does try to do a good job and goes above and beyond for people. I just hope he keeps at it and that things go well for both the customers and the employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go see Aries, great customer service! Stays with in the budget and not a pushy salesperson at all. Even though he knew we weren't buying right away still helped us! Knowledgeable and explained everything. I hate buying cell phones but he made it a great experience, give him a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karam at this location delivered exceptional service when I went to buy my new i-phone. He has an excellent background of the products and services Fido offers. He has a lot of patience and was able to explain concepts in numerous ways even when I didn't understand the tenth time it was explained to my dinosaur-like technological mind (entirely my fault, not his!). He took a lot of time with me, but I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didn't want. He also went "above and beyond" in solving a problem I had created myself in buying my i-phone on-line with a highly satisfactory result. He is very professional and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy technology! Five stars isn't enough!!!
