I get to shop both new arrivals and clearance stuff at one place , along with fashion jewellery and matching MASKs ! the masks are too good in fitting and every mask has a pouch for a filter , the best part is the filter is provided along with the mask. Yeah , COVID is still in the air . Love to shop at LAURA Market Mall !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother went in yesterday afternoon to look for a dress to wear for my wedding in October. The sales associate upstairs, did not make it a nice experience at all for my mom. My mom over heard the associate bad mouthing her to ANOTHER customer trying on shorts. All my mom was looking for was a solid color dress, past the knee and somewhat dressy. The sales associate told her she'll never find a dress, where is she going to find a dress, no one has what she is looking for...... This is the experience that was provided at Laura. How utterly disappointing. THIS is the dress shopping conversation experience NO bride, daughter, friend, mother, sister, auntie or anyone wants to hear that their loved one had and anyone for that matter. Shame, shame, shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I bought the dress the experience was really good. Quality is good, retail Associate was very friendly, she helped me a lot. I would give 5 Star rating for the associate.
The reason I m giving one star is because you cannot give negative. They do not deserve any star. So many reasons made me write this review.
1) I bought a dress which I liked, and as per Laura s policy, they price match once, if anything goes under sale under 14 days. The dress I bought went on sale. That was the 14 day. When I went into the store the associate (different associate) was so rude, she was behaving as if she is giving discount from her pocket. (No customer atticates).
2) As I registered for the loyalty program I asked the associate why isnt my purchase showing in my account she said call customer care. When asked for the number she said they do not have which is such a big lie. She said mail them. There was no email given as well. I found their customer care online.
They are never interested in customer queries, they are only interested if you are buying. She was rushing into things although there were just 2 customers and 5 associates. Before I could finish she (while I was still talking) she went to next customer. Then she went to her other associates and talking behind and complaining about the discount.
Then I called customer care yesterday which was obviously busy, they had option of call back I left my number to call back. According to them you will get a call in the order that was received. Still haven't received the call. No wonder you associate follow your company policy of treating customers like S**t.
So everything about this company is a lie. So do not fool customers when their write a review, do not write call back on this number, we know how it works. If you guys would really want to give customers a service you should call them back.
No wonder such companies close the doors permanently.

I specifically requested the names of both the employees working as I felt their professionalism, and personable, caring manners truly aided me in finding exactly what I needed . Thank you Ivy and Adam. You two were truly life changing for me today and I thank you both for caring.
