About LESS 17
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product complete with original packaging and tags intact to the Online Store within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
Discounted items, items purchased with a promo code, and launch product are considered a final sale. No exceptions.
All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Please e-mail [email protected] or call 403-228-9199 to start the return process. Returns that have not been authorized may be refused.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags intact. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was purchased may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a return has passed inspection, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.
LESS 17 does not provide return labels. All return shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.
Orders that appear to be placed using a bot or any auto purchasing software may be subject to a 15% cancelation fee.

Matt and the team make everyone feel welcome in an environment which I would typically assume to be cliquey and feel out of place. This place is the exact opposite, instilling the same value and care they place on selecting their brands as they do on their service and I genuinely donβt know how you could have a better experience shopping for clothes. A great selection of companies, stock, and service in a prime location in Calgary. Amazing! Thank you to Matt and the whole team who did such an excellent job helping me in shop during my time in Calgary.
