★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I leave Alta Moda looking and feeling great, usually with a few new jokes to tell friends. It's a small salon so they always greet me by name, and the prices are very reasonable for how good they are at styling hair. A few of my friends go there too and they all love the place as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I look forward to going here every time, I get treated like family the second I walk in the door. Ricardo is beyond talented, always shoots it to you straight- exactly how it should be! His years of experience are evident as soon as you sit in his chair. He suggests a cut to suit your hair type, face shape, lifestyle-- the whole picture!
Bottom line -If you want a great haircut go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a trim and he completely chopped my hair off (10-15 inches off the front and 5 inches off the back). I asked for a trim that would work with any parting and he cut it so that I can only part it to my left, even though I told him I usually part on my right. Waited a month to see if i would get used to the cut or learn to love it but still hate looking in the mirror every day that I see this stupid cut.
If you want a trim I do not recommend this place at all. If you're looking for a new style then maybe, but keep in mind he did not take my hair thickness and texture into consideration at all.
On a plus note, I have a friend who went here who loves her cut. Me not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a fantastic cut go to Alta Moda! David and Riccardo are amazing hairdressers, and have won multiple awards in Canada and internationally. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment if you're looking for a new hairdresser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best atmosphere and cut you will find anywhere. This family has proven this time and time again all over the world! The price for the talent and skill that goes into your haircut is absolutely amazing. The entertainment well that's just an excellent bonus that will keep me coming back year after year. I am from British Columbia and sometimes hold out for weeks just to get my haircut from the Alta moda familia.

Riccardo and his beautiful wife Angie - are a great team, Angie does the color and Riccardo cuts hair and let me tell you, he is amazing at it and will tell you if he thinks it is totally wrong for you no if's or but's with him.
Thank you Alta Moda team for doing such a great job at making people feel like they are part of your family and for enjoying your jobs. Yes you will get the BEST entertainment while your there.
