J	Just D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Purr to buy a toque which I think looks amazing. The selection looked really good when I was looking around and definitely want to go back just for that. Although I'm only giving 4 stars since I wasn't really asked if I needed help. And didn't really feel welcome. But since I've only been there once maybe it was only the day.
P	Patricia PS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. I believe that they capture my style precisely, formal and still "cute." The only thing is that if you are a curvy girl, it will be hard to find pants that fit you properly, this is the only reason I rate this store with four stars instead of 5.

To start on a positive note I went to Inglewood yesterday (Purr) and the lady was lovely so I was shocked to head to 17th Ave and head into the store. I was fogged all up, there was NO one in the store so I was in the back. A lady can whipping around the corner and yelled, "you need to wear a mask here." I was trying to get a kleenex to blow my nose from the -25 and wipe my fogged up glasses. I had a mask on but it was down so I could breathe (walked several blocks in the freezing weather.) I was about to tell her I have an AHS medical exemption and she says to me, "No exceptions." Chill lady. You aren't the Mask Police in any way. I should have walked out but I needed a dress. She kept coming near me as if my mask was off or I was stealing something. I have never had such bad service in a store before. I guess my time there is done. Before you get your knickers in a twist, Freedom before Fear.

I had purchased 5 dresses and 4/5 tore and the stitching came easily undone on all of them within 1 days wear. I basically had to hand stitch them all back together. Although the girls were nice, they charged me $35 more than what the tag was marked.

I love that the clothes are well sourced, high quality, and super unique. I’m always complimented on anything I buy from Purr.

I went in this weekend and there were only two employees despite how busy it was. They were able to help me, but there were too many customers for two employees to properly attend to. I’d give a higher rating if there were more employees in on weekends so that they could spend more time with me as a customer.
