I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his business - if you’re looking for a real estate photographer - this is your guy. I shortlisted half a dozen photographers from the many on google and then phoned and dug into the websites of 3 companies before finally deciding to hire Ryan. And PHEW, am I glad I did. I hired Ryan to redo the photos and create an iguide tour for a property I currently have listed with a realtor in NW Calgary; prior to Ryan coming in I had listed the property nearly 4 weeks previous, and despite it being a stunning, move in ready home, the realtor just wasn’t bringing in any interest in the property. We hadn’t had a single showing in 2.5 weeks before RYAN came and worked his MAGIC! — We’ve had 6 showings in the four days since his photos and tour went live!!! AMAZING! — Ryan will capture your property in the most beautiful way; my experience of his photography was that… - he shoots from a variety of angles/perspectives that are not just aesthetically pleasing but that really help the viewer understand the flow of the house - his photos represent the rooms with exceedingly good accuracy; not making them look significantly smaller or bigger than what they truly are. - The lighting and colour grading is bright and beautiful, while still being incredibly accurate - He was able to fix our gloomy cloudy day sky by photoshopping in a blue sky that looks as natural as if mother nature put it there herself. - the iguide tour is perfection. It’s easy to navigate, and truly feels like you’re walking through the home (a perfect way to capture the growing buyers market from outside of Alberta …looking at you Ontario & BC…) In terms of professionalism - you couldn’t ask for better. - He advised me appropriately - didn’t try to oversell me - was responsive to all of my calls/email - delivered exactly on time despite having a very busy schedule. Lastly, Ryan is just a super nice guy. - He is friendly and sociable - brilliant at building report with his clients and - you can tell he genuinely loves his job! I quite literally told my realtor she should start giving Ryan her business instead of the rather sulky lads that came through and originally shot the home. I manage a 3 story walk up in downtown Calgary and without hesitation I’ll be getting Ryan back to reshoot new marketing photos of all of our units as they come up for rent! I’ve been working with Ryan for close to a year now on a number of projects and I’m always impressed with the quality of product delivered and fast turn around for delivery. Ryan is professional, communicative and very personable when dealing with clients. In my industry visual images are key! Ryan’s photos are always crisp, nicely balanced and remain true to the space. I really appreciate that. Realtors are also pretty demanding when it comes to delivery times and I’ve always been impressed when Ryan delivers a processed photo package less that 24hrs after the photoshoot!
