Use Online Check-In
Online Check-In is your contactless, do-it-from-anywhere way to reserve your spot in the queue and spend your wait where you want. And while checking in online, you can opt in to receive a ReadyNext text alert to make it even easier to spend less time inside the salon.
Online Check-In and ReadyNext text alerts serve as a “real-time” appointment function, allowing Great Clips to minimize the number of customers in and around salons, helping social distancing.
Increased Sanitization
Salon chairs and stylist tools are sanitized between every haircut and high traffic surfaces like door handles and lobby chairs are cleaned regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in Thursday at about 345pm, there were 2 staff members, a woman and a man, I don't know either of their names so if you wanna comment and give yourselves credit please do. I've had the woman cut my hair before and she does a wonderful job, gave me exactly what I wanted. This time the guy did it and it's literally perfect, I couldn't ask for a better job. They are both super pleasant and professional. 2 thumbs up from me I'll be coming back every time I need a trim. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend's friend accidentally cut her hair a little too short today. But with Jen's expert skills the day was saved. She was kind and professional. She made my girlfriend look like a million dollars. I would definitely recommend Great Clips and Jen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a HORRIBLE haircut from a very RUDE, impatient aged Chinese lady (name unknown, wears glasses). I would definitely NOT recommend this franchise of Great Clips. Do not go with the name, it is deceptive.
I am writing this review after multiple bad experience here. Last time I thought I should give one more try with other staff & ignored the bad service. I am repenting about the optimistic feeling I had about this outlet. It is very sad that this franchise hires INEXPERIENCED staff.
She ran the trimmer all around in less than 5 mins, removed the hair cloth & ran to the billing desk to generate the bill. I guess the staff are paid based on no. of haircuts they perform. All she was interested in was to collect money from me ASAP. I had to call her back to the station. She initially ignored my calling, I had to call her out loud & show the inconsistent haircut, point out the uneven length hair strands. Over all MESSED UP & WORST experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having worked in the industry I can assure you that price does not mean quality. I have paid way too much for a subpar haircut. Lana is amazing. Excellent price so a good tip is in order. She listens to what I like and we have tried a few variations but today. All of them looked great and today was the best one. Usually my hair needs a long time to adjust as it is bit curly. Even though Lana has straight hair she understands how to shape it in a flattering way.
