★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contracted Penk to do a review of an existing DB / application, and help us chart a path forward for further feature development. I was very surprised how quickly they got up to speed on the project - sometimes developers don't seem to really "engage" and understand what's happening under the hood. I knew we were in good hands when they identified structural / design issues that were the source of long standing intermittent problems. Phil helped us plan the rest of our development path, and implemented the features we needed. He was really good about keeping us on course with the schedule, and making suggestions about ways to adjust our requirements so that we stayed on budget.
