lululemon - Calgary

08/28/2021 Update: I have had two amazing customer service experiences at this location in the last six months. One was a tricky return from an online purchase where the packing slip didn't show the breakdown of payment between my visa and a gift card. The fellow I dealt with was so patient and helpful in assisting me to find the right receipt in my email so that I could get the charge reversed on my credit card instead of just a gift card. Then today, I had to bring in a pair of leggings I bought last year where the seam had started to come undone in the inner leg area. I was informed that they don't have anywhere local that does repairs, and that the style of leggings was being discontinued so they weren't sure if they were going to be able to do a replacement. The lady that helped me was able to track down the LAST pair of these leggings in my size and did a straight replacement for my damaged pair. The best part is that on both occasions neither staff member behaved like it was any trouble to assist me. They were more than happy to do whatever needed to be done to come to a good resolution. The customer service at this store is unparalleled, and I absolutely will keep shopping here! And as a bonus, the selection has gotten better due to some design improvements from the company! Old Review:The staff is great, but the selection is hit and miss. For a Canadian brand, you'd think they'd have more outdoor running options suitable for fall and winter. Still, they make the best running leggings, in my opinion, if you don't mind having to wear longer socks to cover the length deficit. Prices are definitely high, but I've always found the quality worth the cost if you stick to their tried and true products.

I usually don't take the time of day to write many reviews, but I was so shocked at my experience today that it would have been a crime not to. Firstly, beautiful store and nice layout. Mostly though, this location opens an hour earlier than the Marketmall Lulu, which is a huge thumbs up for morning people like me. I took in two pairs of leggings (Align leggings & Speed-up tights), that I purchased about a year ago that had developed holes from regular use. The lady (who, I will note, actually took her break late to start helping me!) took a look at the two damaged leggings and agreed that the holes developed in a weird area that would be tough to repair (see pictures). She was inquisitive, but not interrogative at all about how the rips came to be (I was stretching, pigeon pose, when the speed ups ripped, and sitting when the aligns ripped...We're thinking that area maybe got worn down overtime prior to ripping?) She then handed me off to her colleague, Kyle, who helped me find new leggings to replace the two damaged on. He was super knowledgeable about the type of leggings I should get according to their intended use. Apparently, the Aligns are NOT good for everyday use, they were specifically made for slow movements (eg., Yin Yoga). After trying on 3 different pants, and I ended up getting the Fast and Free tights to replace the Speed-up tights for running, and the Wunder Train to replace the Aligns for everyday use , but get this: they both were FREE. OF. CHARGE. (100%). This is a store that will respect the performance warranty promise that originally built up Lululemon's reputation. Throughout the process, I did not feel judged whatsoever, and you could tell all the staff worked really well together from how smooth the hand-offs were and how they covered eachother at the different stations (greeting, change rooms, cash, ect.) I'm still honestly in shock at how smooth and friendly the whole process was. (Thank you Kyle for all the help!) 11/10 would recommend this location for friendliness, service, and knowledge based on my experience today. They will treat you like gold, especially when you give them the same respect they give you unconditionally!

Great store, has lots of variety, and the staff is super friendly! The only thing that I don't understand is, why is there a sale rack for women's clothing and not for men's? Would be nice if they added that. Other than that it's a good store.

Great store ! This is the place to go for yoga/workout clothes. The material they use are durable and feel great. Their secret weapon is their service. The moment you walk in, they very carefully ask if you need help. Once they know what you are looking for, its like you have a personal shopper. They actually help you get everything you need . Great spot.

Good location! They always have a good option of sizes and isn’t too busy. The staff and for the most part extremely helpful and they have good hours.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was told through the chat that I could come in and have my ripped pants replaced and that it didn't matter how long I've had them for. Come into the store and the lady told me no. All workers should be informed properly when you have policies like this in place.

Just came back from shopping at this location and from the overall experience of the store layout to the customer experience, I felt at ease while shopping. I want to preface that it has been at least 7 years since I last bought clothing from lululemon. I have always been intimidated when shopping at lululemon overall. As someone who has low self esteem, it is overwhelming to try and figure out styles. Sizing is especially difficult to feel/look as good as the associates or other women who wear their products. Which brings me back to why today's experience is so meaningful to me. I came in with concerns on how a couple items were fitting that I had bought from a mall location and tried to go back to exchange but it was so busy that I could not muster the courage to go through with it (silly I know, but we all have our own -isms). I had previously tried shopping at the 4th St location and remembered how chill it was. So I decided to see if I could get that same experience and I am so happy that I did. Malika helped me out today and she is such a wonderful sales associate. She was so understanding and patient with my concerns that she took what I said with no judgments and educated me on the different options I could take (such as going up in sizes, which again, she reassured me is totally natural with their sizing for different styles). She was so kind, and really gave me her attention that I did not feel rushed. She truly made sure I walked away with what I wanted today and for future purchases. In this market, I truly value this kind of genuine customer service and commend Malika on stepping up her game to make me feel welcome the entire time. It is from this meaningful experience that I have decided that this will be my go-to store from now on.

Very busy location, but when are they not? I’ve never been in one that was slow. Consistently well stocked, knowledgeable friendly staff. Wish there were more sales but at least the products always last a long time.
