Anyone do BeaXT (Beast Mode) should hit a class for a regen day. Jeff would approve. Principles are sound.

The workouts are geared to allow you to challenge yourself and a great way to get your cardio and weights in at the same time. Also Erin is the most energetic instructor if you go you have to go to her class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome workout! I was invited to go by a friend and we were in Erin’s class. The atmosphere was club-like and the music was motivating! I really love their treadmills and love the fact that you can adjust the intensity of the cardio portion to fit your fitness level. If you like a fun HIIT workout— I definitely recommend checking out Barry’s.
