★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to purchase a new burton snow board and bindings set up. Staff were rude and asked me to leave as Im exempt from wearing a mask.
Wasnt just that the staff were super rude to me. Purchased from another business. Cant wait to try out my new step on bindings!

The customer service at this store is unmatched; the staff are incredibly personable, willing to help you find exactly what you need, and just a joy to interact with. The two gentlemen who assisted us today (wearing matching brown hoodies), definitely deserve some praise for their top notch customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I went into The Source to buy a new snowboard setup for her.
After browsing for a little bit, we needed some help. Nobody had come to help us after being in the store for 15 minutes, so I went looking for somebody. I could only find one person who was busy with somebody else, but I could hear some employees in the back room laughing.
After they came out, I asked one of them to help us and he was following me until somebody else asked for his help. Instead of saying he was busy with us, he decided to help these other people for more than 10 minutes, leaving us there waiting.
We left after that, as we did not feel that we were being respected and did not feel like waiting again for help, especially after already asking somebody.
The customer service we experienced was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional customer experience. It's hard to find a business that truly cares about its customers these days so I had to write a review. I live out of town now so I purchased a jacket online and when it arrived it didn't fit quite right. I was a bit worried about trying to return it because their online return process is a little old school (which is fair, not every business should be like Amazon). As soon as I called their customer service I was greeted with a friendly hello and she was very helpful and quick at getting the process going. I was a day late on their return policy but it wasn't an issue which assured me that The Source puts their customers first. I've been buying here since my early teens and will stay loyal because of every experience I've had. Love the brand, love the people. Thanks for keeping it 100
