★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very positive shopping experience with Iris! From the moment I walked in, Iris was super welcoming and friendly. She never pressured or rushed me into deciding whether I wanted to make a purchase and was super patient with me as I was trying on the purse I was eyeing. Very rare experience at a luxury retailer I must say - normally I feel like I’m getting judged and pressured by SA’s. At the end of the day, I decided to make the purchase bc of the purse itself and in combination with Iris’ warm demeanour :)
