b	bibb boop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store H&M in The Core downtown shopping center is VERY rude and unprofessional! The staff was standing around giggling and talking to themselves gossiping and ignored me when I went in! They kept walking right by me and giving me snotty looks for no apparent reason, and they left those anti-theft ink pads on and I had to go back in and get them removed! They obviously do not pay attention or know how to do their job properly! The store is unkept, sloppy and messy and a couple of the staff members kept following me around like I was going to steal something, and was unfriendly and rude and did not once ask if I needed help with anything or acknowledge me and was very snotty and rude and unprofessional! This place should not even be in business and should be shut down and I will never be shopping here again! You can see by the other reviews that people have the exact same issue with the horrible customer service and people working here and i have NO idea how this place is still in business at all! I want to see this store shut down! Not to mention all their selections of clothing USED to be good, now it's all cheap one time wear cheap made in china garbage that doesn't fit right or falls apart after one wear. Oh btw I have reported you to the BB so they can handle you from here on out.

E	Emilie Desrosiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love H&M! They recently adjusted their sizes and it's honestly had a great effect on my self image. I really appreciate that they've become more size inclusive. I mostly shop online rather than in store, but overall they offer great selection and different styles for everybody. They also have stuff on the more affordable size with good value, as well as slightly more expensive, higher quality stuff. Their jeans are not my cup of tea, I just find it's the one thing that feels a bit cheaper to wear.

Before I purchased leggings for a pregnant women, there was no price tag on them and I wasn’t informed that this item is on sale and if I want to return them, I couldn’t receive money back , only exchange on something else. Today I come to do a return of these leggings and a cashier inform me that I need to find items instead of them to do exchange. I explained the situation that I didn’t know about it and I didn’t have any tag with the discount price , I asked manager to do a full return but it was denied. It was very uncomfortable to spend extra time finding replacement items. Was very sad and disappointed about this situation, especially I am pregnant.and they didn’t do an excuse for me.

A	Aline Doummar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping in this store since 2016 and yesterday on August 28th at 3:30 pm, I had a bad experience with one of the staff who was working in the fitting room area. I was trying a pant and it looked small so I asked her to let me go and grab the smallest size, but she said you cant go out like "what if you runaway". She accused me in a direct way that I was going to steal the pant that I was wearing. I was shocked of her negative attitude towards me, as my handbag which included all my personal stuff like phone, money and Id card were still inside the fitting room. It was not a nice experience from a professional staff and unfair one because she allowed other customer who was before me in the fitting room to let her go out and grab another piece of cloth while she was trying her purchases. I feel very disappointed, and I hope you train your employees to treat every human being in the same way (((( equally)))).
