Additional information for residents of Quebec only: The regular annual rate for persons applying for the Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard is 22.99% for cash transactions and related fees and 19.99% for all other charges. Some applicants may receive a higher or lower regular annual rate depending on a credit evaluation. The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and (d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due. Balances under $10 are due in full. For residents of Quebec, the period between the statement date and the due date for payment is 26 days. Such amazing customer service by Steve. He only works weekends but wow he was friendly, knowledgeable saved us some time and money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting on weekends. We would travel the extra distance for this type Of service.

worst customer service for auto shop! I've had my tires there in storage for a while now and every time I went to do the change they were scrambling to get their stuff together. this last time (today) I had an appointment booked ahead from earlier this week. I got there and after the front desk person took his time to enter whatever he needed to enter in the computer, I asked him how long was the change giong to take. He's telling me " a few hours, as we might be able to get you in around 2PM. we're a bit busy now". So I asked, how comes they can only take me in at 2PM if my appointment was at 1PM and I was told they had walk-ins which they took in first. So they don't really care about any appointments, it's a first come, first served type of deal. Furhtermore, I wonder what faces the person I was talking to earlier this week was making when I was setting up the appointment? Why wouldn't he say they simply don't make appointments? Why didn't the second person that called me this morning to remind me I have tires in storage there (and having no idea I was booked in for today) said anything when I told him I had a 1PM appointment? Simply because they don't care about customers. They take everything as granted. They are there just to cash the work hours but not to help customers. I'm sure to steer everyone I can away from that location. Just a waste of your time on your own dime.

I wish there was a option to select zero stars. The customer service in the automotive department is...well there is none. We have had our truck repaired and less than 2 weeks later the same problem is occurring. We called to get the truck in, they said it wasn't busy and it was a good time, bring it in now. Brought the truck in, after 7 hours, they haven't looked at it. Said Maybe tomorrow but cant be sure. I could understand if they explained they were busy and that it could take some time, that was not the conversation. I guess some business have unlimited clients and don't require standards of customer service.

My defrost stopped working. I assumed that it was my actuator. Had to bring it into Canadian Tire as it was one of the only places able to see me right away on a Saturday. Despite hearing terrible things about the vehicle service at Canadian Tire and to avoid it like the plague (mostly from Reddit), I took a chance. Things sounded hopeful at first. They diagnosed it pretty quickly (it was the actuator) and told us that if we left it there with them, they would have the part and vehicle ready to go later that same day. Perfect because I needed the car for work next week and they would be closed on Sunday! Time went by and no phone call/update. They were closing in an hour so a call was placed to them. The guy answered and said that they ordered the wrong part by mistake, placed an order for the right part and wanted to keep my vehicle there for another 5 days at least (Thursday) until the part arrived... I guess they just assumed that I wouldn't need a vehicle for work for a full week and didn't seem to have any intention of calling me that day to let me know what was going on, despite clear initial communication that I needed the vehicle back that day and receiving verbal confirmation that it would be ready for pickup that day. Told him we would just pick my vehicle up, pay the diagnosis fee and take it somewhere else. The guy started arguing that "Well we close soon and we'd have to put your vehicle back together first and pay a guy overtime to do it!" and was trying to charge me extra for the "rush job". Told us that it wasn't his problem that we needed it back so quickly. The same guy that said "Your car will be ready later today" just told us that it wasn't his problem we wanted the car back today. Nice one buddy! More like it's not MY problem that you ordered the wrong part and couldn't fulfill your deadline as initially specified! On top of that we had to pay for a diagnosis that couldn't be solved in a reasonable amount of time because of their own mistake! Huge waste of time, effort and money! We wont be back!

Ivan is above and beyond. I was looking for some hex nuts and screws and had no idea how to find those in the pile of similar looking nuts, But luckily Ivan was there to help me he took his time to help me find the right item, when he could have simply told me that they are out of stock as it was really difficult to find it but he stayed and kept looking for it . He was kind and empathic not only towards me but other customers as well. ??????Ivan.

It was a great idea to go there for my out-of-province vehicle inspection rather than going some advertised “cheap” places. The inspection was done quickly and the relevant repair was scheduled right after promptly. There was an issue after that, and I called them and went back there to check the car again. I was little bit rushed as I was deeply concerned the safety of driving, but Manager Henry and Service Advisor Don were handling it in a very professional way! He came to the waiting room and patiently explained the root cause of that issue to me in person. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We had a great talk and I have learned many things from the conversation! Finally he even waived the charge of the service check! Thank you so much All. You guys would be my first choice moving forward if I need a vehicle service! Thank you again! Highly recommended.

Long wait times, low competency for basic tasks. Brought vehicle in for simple oil change and winter tire install Tuesday morning. Told them on the phone and in person that my tires were stored with them. Called late Tuesday to see if my vehicle was ready. They told me that my tires were not in my vehicle.. They then had to order them from their 3rd party storage provider. Tires are finally installed Friday morning. Pick up vehicle and it doesn’t start because it’s been sitting outside for 3 days in January. Charge me $84 to diagnose + $70 to install a new warrantied battery. Car is finally ready Friday evening. Pick it up and my tires are not in the back. Have to go back in and wait for them to find and wrap them. Compensated $50 tire install for the ordeal. Phone hold times averaged around 10-12 minutes. Also long wait times in store. Won’t be back.

We came in for a car batter and the guy who was helping us was friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in 15 minutes. Plus the battery we got was excellent and well price. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit because there was a lot of people in line so expect some wait time.
