R	Rachel Woodward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to dozens of salons in Calgary, and have never found such a positive experience. You absolutely can’t go wrong at Richmond Nails and Spa!! My mom and I saw Johnny and Kathy for the first time last night, and we are blown away! They took time to understand exactly what we wanted, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured, they even let us try a couple things before doing the design to make sure we were happy. They were welcoming, funny, kind, and so so talented. This is my favourite manicure I’ve ever had! Our nails took longer than planned and they even stayed 45 minutes after close time to make sure they took their time. I have found my new nail salon, and highly recommend this lovely spot! Thank you Johnny and Kathy, and we will see you soon!!

She is amazing and so hardworking. I think this place switched owners sometime during the pandemic. I like the vibe more now. I can for sure see how the previous folks didn’t survive cause I for sure gave up my nail regime cause I wasn’t sure if it was safe. I felt safe they have a plexie glass between me and the nail tech. It’s been hard for all small business especially in the nail realm. I see how hard they work to try to make sure everyone is happy and safe. I would for sure recommend for anyone. I have brought a few of my friends here and they love them too. Thank you Richmond Team keep up the good work. Here’s my recommendation Na for Manicure and pedicures(massage is amazing)Na only does natural nails no gel. Ruby for sure Nail art her attention to detail is astonishing.(she’s quiet but don’t let that fool you) Johnny( I hope I spelled right) Great with gel and he’s really funny. Kathy is great with gel and she is so Patient as I have a really fussy friend and she approves(great with kids). Can’t wait to be back.

Johnny was so friendly as was all the other staff. I will definitely be returning to see him and would highly recommend you do the same!

I told him I wanted shiny spring colour nails with one unique one. I let him choose and I LOVE THEM! Never disappointed. Everyone who works here is also super friendly!

Johnny did my nails and I was so impressed with his attention to detail - he kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape and he filed them meticulously to make sure both hands matched. Great colour selection and totally willing to work with you to find a design you love. Prices are very reasonable too. Everyone there was friendly and kind and I’ll definitely be coming back!
