★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here. They do a perfect job with my nails as well as waxing my brows. I always take designs to them and they do a good job recreating them. They are decently priced, and there is always a promo going on. I suggest following them on Instagram as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for the past few months and Jenny is the best! I get acrylic nails done and they are always perfect. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, and she never rushes. They also have a great selection of colours, tons of sparkles and light colours and dark colours and shades of every colour. I really enjoy the selection. Vivid Nails is also really close to Mount Royal University, so it’s a quick walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to leave negative reviews, but my most recent service here was honestly disappointing enough for the price that I don’t think I’ll be back. I got a shellac mani/pedi before a beach vacation, and quite a few aspects were done poorly. The paint on a couple of my toes was not done to opaque, my cuticle was cut to the point that it wouldn’t stop bleeding for the rest of the night, she started mechanically filing the surface of my nails but when I asked her if she had to do that she said no (I work in healthcare so the integrity of my nails is important to me), almost half my nails are visibly unevenly shaped, several nails were left with flooded cuticles that have been lifting and catching at my hair ever since, and on two nails the top coat started chipping after all of 2 days. My friend who I came with had no complaints about her service so it depends on who’s doing it, but this was a painful miss for me.

Some of my friends and I went in today to get our nails done and they did such an amazing job! All three of the staff are extremely talented and so kind! The nails always look great and last long.
