The team at Grassroots is warm, welcoming, kind, and will do everything they can to accommodate my schedule and needs. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found Dr. Mary in particular. She is compassionate, non-judgmental, personable, and truly takes the time to listen to me. She will brainstorm with me and provide me with options so we can figure out a plan to address my concerns together. I struggle with fear and anxiety surrounding medical clinics, yet I always look forward to seeing Dr. Mary and fully trust that she has my best interest in mind. A huge thank you to Dr. Mary and the entire Grassroots team!

Her care, knowledge and compassion is unbelievable as this is truly difficult to find. Front desk are super friendly and helpful with anything you need. Today I had my first massage with Janelle which proved to be one of the best I ever had. Based on my experience, you can’t go wrong with anyone in this clinic. Incredible experience and service every time I need their help. Thank you for all your great service!

She was so attentive when I was explaining my concerns, was super thorough in her assessment, and shared her thought process with me along the way so I can have a better understanding of where her recommendations came from. She also explained the physiology of how certain conditions present in the body and why certain symptoms happen, which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience, highly recommend Dr. Knudson for any digestion/hormonal concerns!

She has helped with my skin issues, digestive issues, and the chronic pain I have. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to get help and answers from western medicine/medical doctor. She actually listens to me, and together we have made a plan that has made significant changes in my overall health. I have seen the athletic therapist, Monica, for craniosacral treatment, which has helped with my chronic migraines and pain. I have also seen Janelle for massage (best massage of my life, hands down). All the doctors here are kind and caring, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a scientific yet natural approach to their health needs!

My wife and I both met with Dr Kyley Hunt to see if the proper IV treatment could help minimize the negative effects of our 2nd Covid vaccination shot. The results were outstanding for both of us! We both had bad experiences, feeling sick for a couple days after our first Covid vaccination. As many of us have heard, the after effects of the booster shots are often worse than the first. We scheduled an appointment to get a preparatory IV earlier on the day of our booster shots and we are so thankful that we did. We had zero negative reactions to our booster shots! We felt completely normal and have to attribute this to the preemptive IV treatment. Finally, Dr Kyley Hunt's attention, care, and detailed follow-up were exceptional. Between the attentive and kind people that work here and the amazing results of the treatment we will continue to visit Grassroots in the future for other naturopathic needs.

I have been primarily seeing Dr. Farheen whose expertise in GI health has made a significant contribution to my GI health and recovery the years. My family members now visit the clinic as well, and I have continued receiving online consultation even though I have moved away in 2022. In short, I highly recommend them!

The ladies at the front were friendly and warm. Dr. Farheen is knowledgeable and is a good listener. She asked the right questions to understand what I was hoping to achieve, what symptoms I had, and discussed the options. I felt very comfortable with her approach and communication was great. Since my initial visit I have noticed an improvement with my inflammation. Had my second visit the other day and Dr. Farheen check to see how I felt, what improvements I experienced and discussed what we can do to continue the healing.
