★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying a few different therapists, Carmen was the one who I connected to the most. She found a way to explain anxiety to me in a sense that I could understand while including humour and a type of "lightness" that relieved the weight of having a mental illness. Carmen provides advice that made me feel aware and educated rather than feeling guilty and judged -- something I have experienced before. I have always left her office feeling empowered and refreshed. As a young woman (age 22), Carmen is a great recommendation for women my age struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma etc. To put it simply; Carmen "gets it." In a completely unrelated matter, in terms of a therapeutic profession, Carmen has a different hair cut every time I see her which I personally relate to LOL. But for real, she is a great therapist. She has helped me a lot since I first started with her and I'm very grateful for her sessions. Be prepared to spend a bit more money, but it is worth it in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first visit, Dr. Patricia Ferris took almost no notes, used zero reflective listening skills, and had zero empathy. She said NOTHING. What is she doing in your clinic? Her 40 years of experience are a joke because she has zero skills. Many of her patients won't know this until they've wasted their time.
