There is a tremendous gap in communication. I personally felt like some people are there just to get paid at the end of the day.The staff does not follow up with their patients, you pretty much have to chase them, just to mention a few...So unfortunate, specially when you work with such vulnerable population. Do yourself a favor and find someone who cares about you and your child. And, yes! I have had communication issues with the receptionist as well (I am not sure if it was the same person or not)...I did make an appointment over the phone with my child's pediatrician, I even took that day off work and marked it in the calendar as I was speaking with the receptions, and when we showed up we were told that the appointment was the following month..It felt ridiculous at that point. I have always been on top of my appointments, and to be honest this caught me by surprise. Anyhow, I had to take another day off work to come back... Very disappointed parent of a child with ADHD.

We’ve had three different pediatricians in three years and are now waiting to meet our fourth. This clinic is a revolving door for doctors, every new doctor is a restart for our child’s care and we have yet to get any real answers or progress on our health issues. I would recommend looking else where if your child requires a pediatrician.

We have been taking my son to infinity for many years. We have always had great experiences with all staff members. I often think that some of my concerns about my child are small in the grand scheme of things. But, Dr. Evashuk always finds the time to answer each and every one of my questions. I leave every appointment feeling good about the plan moving forward. Not to mention that she is always diligent about referrals and making sure that they go through and we are followed up with appropriately. This is the only pediatricians office I will take my children to and I tell any of my friends needing a Dr. to go here as well. We moved to Ontario for a year. Infinity helped us to transition to a new pediatrician so nothing would get missed. The Dr. we saw during our year away was great but was no Dr. Evashuk. I also always felt so rushed at the appointments and got no where near the care we receive every single time we go to infinity. It brought me huge peace of mind moving back to Calgary and knowing our son would once again be in Dr. Evashuk’s care. I appreciate all the work this clinic has put into ensuring their patients safety during covid. The clinic is always spotless (even pre covid). I would highly recommend this clinic. The clinic itself is clean, bright and professional. The Dr.β€˜s are brilliant, patient and have great bedside manner.

Have had such a wonderful experience with everyone at the clinic. From the intake phone call to reoccurring appointments to make sure my son is looked after until his issue completely resolved. Everyone is kind and very informative. The clinic is clean and so safe with all the covid precautions. Dr.Weber is so pleasant and answers ALL my new parent questions and has given us take home information and referrals for more care

The problem of this clinic is that Canada is not a democracy, so doctors do what they think is right for the government, not for the patient. I saw my daughter in real need and I had to accept the bad medical treatment she was given because I had no other place to go. My daughter received too much medication, even her school teachers noticed that. As a parent, I felt that my voice and opinion were taken away by the 'expertise' of the doctor. Besides that, my disagreement and disappointment were taken as a 'suspicious' behaviour that needed constant scrutiny.

We have seen Dr. Webber for I think at least 5 years for all 4 of our kiddos. She has been amazing at following them, staying on top of issues and referring to specialists as needed. She has supported us through the FSCD process as well as applying for DTC. We love her dearly and our experience when she has been on vacation with the other doctors has been similar. Yes frontline staff can occasionally be curt but they are never rude and are just very busy. Yes they have a cancelation policy just like most doctors. As for location , I appreciate that their parking lot is free!

Had such a positive experience at Infinity Pediatrics, from the intake phone call and our clinic visit. The front staff were very friendly, we did not wait long for an exam room or to see the doctor. This was a bonus when you have a busy toddler. The doctor was very informative and had amazing bed side manners. She sent us for testing and the next day personally called me with the results. I was very impressed. The clinic was clean and I felt safe there with the covid-19 precautions in place. I would highly recommend.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but after the piles of forms we had to fill out and the insanely long wait (partially because of a misunderstanding regarding all of the forms, because every person I spoke with in this office told me something different), I thought it was going to be more than a doctor going through a list of questions that anyone could have asked us. Most of the questions were answered in the form, and some were not exactly issues we wanted to discuss in front of our child. He broke down and cried because of the questions. I found it quite inconsiderate of our family. The doctor seemed to believe that we were hoping to walk out of there with amphetamines for our child. She apologized that she couldn’t diagnose him because he β€œdidn’t check all the boxes” for the most common diagnoses - ADHD, ASD, or ODD. Since our child doesn’t fit a common diagnosis, I asked her if we could speak to their child psychiatrist, and she told me they don’t have one. And here I thought we would have the option to see one through this office. Our situation IS unusual, yet they weren’t there to help us and we walked out feeling worse than when we walked in. She told me she diagnoses kids with ADHD multiple times a day because it’s β€œso common”. She had her prescription pad ready, and apologized multiple times for not diagnosing him with ADHD so we could drug him. Drug dealers for children here. I saw a doctor like this about 20 years ago who allowed me to get hooked on Valium. This type of medical treatment is very dangerous, being willing to drug children if their parents answer the questions correctly, with no input from an actual psychiatrist. We could have just lied if we really wanted that diagnosis and the drugs for our child. We were hoping to finally get some answers but it looks like we are going to have to fork out thousands of dollars privately if we actually want to get any real help.
