★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a good clinic when I first started coming to them, but it has gone down hill as they struggle to retain keep reliable doctors.
Dr. Raza was my doctor and I was surprised to learn that he left the clinic without informing all of his patients. I find this extremely unprofessional. Especially to patients with complex medical needs. We were given the option to move to Dr. Bajwas care AFTER I asked who was taking over his patient load, but she is incredibly difficult to get in to as she only works part time.
It was a dream come true to have a clinic within walking distance to my house, since I do not drive, but now we have no choice but to taxi to another clinic.
Im really disappointed and hope one day they can become the prompt, efficient clinic they once were

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Bajwa since 2011 (moving with her from Evergreen Medical in the NE), and absolutely adore her. She takes the time to listen to my concerns (I have many due to an autoimmune disorder), and will make sure I have the best care possible. Reception is always friendly, and the clinic is very clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst clinic I've ever been to. Rude receptionists, impossible to get appointments even for small things such as script renewals. After giving up on trying to schedule an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes after opening as a walk-in only to be told no one would see me despite the doctor being in and no patients being present.
At my last visit I was prescribed the wrong medication by the student doctor after an examination, which was supposed to be overseen by the usual doctor. She never bothered to look, and I have since been trying to get an appointment to receive the correct medication.
This clinic used to be great, but the quality of care has gone downhill fast in the past few months. Do yourself a favor and find another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr bajwa no longer seems to care and her other drs at the practice can't even fax prescriptions in. 8 years ago id say this is the best of the best for drs. Now I'd say dont bother going here unless you want your medical issues to pile up with a dr that clearly doesn't care anymore.
The only good thing I will say about this clinic is Tabitha is an absolute godsend. Shes the front of house and an amazing human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tabatha is a human phenomenon, I am so grateful for her! She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and welcomed, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that patients know they're not alone in their struggles and she is so comforting and loving and kind. She's the kind of woman you just KNOW must be an awesome mother. She takes everything seriously, you can feel confident to share awkward, embarrassing, saddening, angering, ANY issue with her and she will NEVER judge you or make you think your problems are insignificant, unimportant, or that you're being dramatic. She truly is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I respect dr. Bajwa and she had always been attentive and caring lately something has changed. First the front office staff are not pleasant or effective. Why it takes so much longer now for dr. Bajwa to call in rx I dont know and I have had to follow up several times as the rx doesn't get called in, then they call me to say they have spoken to pharmacy so I call pharmacy and they say they have not received rx, so I have to call them back. My cousin also sees dr. Bajwa and was told to go for an emergency xray last Tuesday which she did and nothing, no follow up. She called on Friday and she was told dr. Bajwa had not reviewed xray. Meanwhile she is in so much pain. She called today and they said they could get her an appt aug 23rd what??? This was an urgent xray for a reason. I dont know if dr. Bajwa is retiring or leaving medical practice but this is not the same medical care I was used to. I hope they read these reviews and know how upsetting this is. I am still waiting for a call to get an appt booked. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love Dr.Sam, his professionalism and personality. I have been seeing him for 2-3years since he was at Crossfield Family Doctors. Not the biggest fan of the reception staff but Linda was working today and she is amazing! So cute and it seems like she is being trained so best of luck to her!
