★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! HAVE NEVER MET SUCH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE BEFORE!
Booked 3 Covid Antigen Tests for myself and my family on Monday (2 days ago). Pharmacy team member took down all our personal information and when we went today for our tests we were rudely told we don’t have appointments. I kept insisting we had made them and I was short of being called a liar. I even asked them to pull their staff log from Monday (as I gave them the specific time I called and the woman’s accent so that they could verify) and they said “We’re not going to do that, you just don’t have an appointment” They then made a BIG and DRAMATIC production of “trying” to accommodate us but that we’d have to wait up to 3 hours. Kicker is…they said they were full with appointments but there was no one there. What a joke.
If I owned this pharmacy I’d think twice about having such rude and ill-mannered people working there. Still in disbelief as to the complete lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transferred from Safeway to Shoppers due to post office location more convenient. Bad choice.
- Initial transfer of drug list/file lousy, they missed half of my prescriptions.
- Instructed them from day one, "No Teva products please"; they gave Teva three times (even though I told them another two times thereafter); first told no other manufacturer (I confirmed there were), and then told to be sure to tell pharmacist when renewing. Obviously don't look at patients file and notes.
- Pharmacist didn't fulfill prescribed vitamins, said I can buy over the counter then fill out paperwork to write off for taxes. That's not how this works. Only happened the once, thankfully.
- Over past two weeks, requested pharmacist fax my doctor for renewals for several drugs I take daily. Doctor never received either. Went in to store and was rudely spoken to by the pharmacist today (Oct. 21, 2021). She went from how inefficient the system of renewal is, to why don't I go in and see my doctor, to get me the phone number of your doctor (though I'm sure they have Google), and finally to, "Okay to be clear- I'm not doing anything until you get me that phone number". Its her job.
Lazy, ineffective, incompetent, rude, and some rather daft staff working in the pharmacy. Will be transferring back to Safeway this week. Awful experience and rude & lazy pharmacist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for years and now thinking of moving our business elsewhere. I’m sick and tired of submitting online prescription orders only to arrive and find out they have not been filled. Latest example, submitted an online prescription order on Friday afternoon. Came by Sunday afternoon and it was still not filled. They told me it would take 15 mins, and 30 minutes later I am still waiting. Don’t go here, it is an inefficient, poorly run pharmacy. Many better options elsewhere in SW Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is great, cashiers are great. Pharmacist and tech not so much. They were confused about the flu shot and who qualified? Stopped at the nearest competitor got it there and did my shopping there. Too bad liked everything else.

My experiences here have been excellent ( all of the staff, pharmacists, pharmacy technician and others.)I always appreciate the excellent advice I receive, and their willingness to take a few minutes to answer my questions.And I appreciate that they have made the effort to know my name, and my history. I do not feel anonymous here but that I am dealing with health care professionals who are committed to good outcomes for me and my family.
