★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite apparent that this store isn't open minded or very welcoming. A gender fluid person was asked to leave because they made "other customers feel uncomfortable". To be so close minded and bigoted in today's day and age is not welcomed at all. Learn to be more open minded and accepting or your business will suffer immensely.

Apparently not. A trans gendered person was told to leave. Apparently, their money wasn't the right color.
I am confused at how in a Covid world, any small business can turn away customers, but its not my place.
I emailed the owner, asking for her side of the story, but never heard back.
I guess I wasn't important enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store recently, illegally and unfairly, discriminated against a protected group of people (by refusing to serve) a transgender woman because she is transgender, and that is beyond reprehensible. An apology is nice, but it's no proof of changed behavior.
I would hate to show up and be asked to leave for being the wrong sort of woman. Awful.

A great store for women to become empowered through fashion (as long as you fit their particular definition of a woman). They care deeply about your fashion choices; so much so in fact they'll even remove you from the premises if they don't like you in their clothes.
I will increase this to a 5* review if a member of their staff can provide me a list of the types of people that ARE welcome there. I would hate to show up and be asked to leave for being the wrong sort of human. How embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receive excellent service everytime I visit the store. They have unique pieces not found in every other store. Staff/owner always take the time to find items I am looking for style, colour and size. When possible they have even ordered in a different size for me. I'll keep going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in to NV Fashions this past week & was SO HAPPY to leave with a pair of FDJ jeans that fit me like a glove!! Nancy (owner) guided me through the fitting. I thought the first pair was fine, but she asked me to try another style and KABOOM it ended up to be even better, more flattering and perfect for my shape!! :):). I also bought a pair of black leggings that I've been looking for. I will be back for her great service and great styles!! Thank you Nancy :):)

We made multiple attempts to call and email the store to inquire about an item they are supposed to be a Canadian dealer for. It was worth the extra cost to call the companies head office and have it shipped from Florida . After the experience I honestly would never give my money to this business of any associated with it if this is how they feel companies should represent them .
