★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theft is rampant in this condo building by a previous tenant who still has a key to the main entrances and garage/storage locker area. The condo management company refuses to spend the money to change the locks or install a safer garage door (the thieves just cut right through the existing one). The police have even recommend these measures and they have been entirely ignored. They also often turn off the water in the building without notifying the residents. Do not buy or rent a unit in this building.
