★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is decent here but they were unable to close my momentum plus savings account even though a financial adviser took me to his office to do so. He claimed the account was closed but I could still see it on online and mobile banking days and weeks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to leave a review because we had such a fantastic experience here! Always greeted and offered a beverage while waiting. Everyone was all smiles and super welcoming.
Skyler was so great at his job, and pointed out things to make sure we were making the right decisions. It really showed he cared about his clients and we appreciated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened my first account in this branch when I moved to Canada. The financial advisor that helped us out that time was extremely welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I do most of my banking online, but cannot really complain about the atmosphere here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scotia bank is brutal... I am trying to call someone in the branch and they refer me to a national support line and put me on hold for 10 minutes... what happened to customer service. One of their services online is down and unavailable and has been for weeks... I go into the branch and they said that if they do this online service (which is down) for me, it will cost $40... brutal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd venture to say this branch is borderline prejudice. Came in to deposit funds after selling a vehicle and was told I need to provide proof of sale. The amount being deposited was less than 1/3 rd of the sale price but insisted I "prove how I got the money". Disgusted with the overall customer service and behaviour. Treated like a criminal or like I was somehow not "supposed" to have a large sum of money.
Note: the amount I was depositing was well below the 10k that they would normally start asking for additional information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always received great service here, they even called to tell me their new Covid-19 hours. Recently I was asked for inputs regarding their services again. This shows that they do care, as compared to another major bank that I switched from 15+ years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted with their costumer service and unprofessional tellers. They are not helpful at all, it is just a waste of time going to this branch… I am an accountant wanting to deposit a draft for a construction company but they were refusing to do so because of a “ccp rule” that the teller and her racist supervisor made up on the spot. She said that I am not allowed to deposit this draft, but I have done this many times for the same about of money in different branches and different banks with no problem. Even today after this branch told me I can’t deposit I went to another branch and they were going to deposit it but they said that other supervisor left a note so that I am unable to deposit this draft at any branch. If this so called “rule” was real then the other branch would of said the same thing and all the tellers would be aware of it. I closed all my accounts at scotia bank today.
