One time though this one employee was getting really frustrated, really quickly with me because I couldn’t understand her through the plexiglass, the mask, and my bad hearing. She seemed to not be very understanding but other than that it’s been all good

Glenna, Komal, Gagandeep and the others (sorry I can’t remember all the names) are so kind and are so happy to help. They always make us feel welcome and remember our orders perfectly. These employees treat customers with incredible respect even when the customers are rude. My family loves visiting this location and plan to do so for a long time to come!

My sandwich had so much sauce it leaked out of the paper and she didn't add any tape so when I opened the bag the sandwich was everywhere in the bag. When I got cookies, she purposely put different ones in even after I corrected her. Lastly, when I went to get a drink, instead of iced tea I got water with pieces of dirt and it sprayed everywhere but the cup. If you want a bag of sauce with a sandwich and dirt water all over your clothes, come here.

She took the 12 inch sub and put it on the wrapper. Told her I will take the vegetables that are on the paper. She told me she threw it out. Then told her to cut in half, she says we always cut it in half. Went home unwrapped my sub, it was not cut at all. Never had this poor service when I get my sub on weekdays and Saturdays. Very disappointed with the service as she lied to me.
