I am currently still going through my ortho treatment with Icon Orthodontics and have had nothing but a fantastic experience so far! I need to get my braces off for Oct/2017 for a wedding & Dr.Gage was able to offer me an accelerated treatment called Propel! It was 100% pain free and NO NEEDLES!! The best part being: I'll be done my braces 6-9 months sooner then without doing this procedure. If you have stubborn teeth to move & want something a bit quicker, I'd definitely recommend getting in to talk with Dr.Gage & staff about this procedure and see what they can do for you! :)

The excellent Dr. Gage and his carefully-chosen, wonderful staff provide the ultimate in care for orthodontics. We are very grateful and will always recommend them no holds barred. Not only were our son's needs met with amazing results, but this team of professionals consistently provided the most compassionate, helpful, and supportive care one could possibly imagine.

Let me begin by saying that once upon a time, this orthodontic firm was a wonderful place to put your money towards for the services that they provided and the customer experience that was encountered at each and every visit. I had my child's braces done at this place several years back. The outcome was spectacular. A document that pertained to the cost of additional services or products offered after the removal of the braces was provided and I was content with the agreement reached upon in that document. For individuals that have or have had braces, retainers are required in order to ensure that the alignment of the teeth is perfect, preventing the teeth from going back to the original position they were in prior to having braces. As with many things in life, things get old and fall apart after utilising it numerous times. The agreement reached upon in the document stated that after the orthodontic procedure was over, a set of retainers would only cost $75.00. Every six months to one year, I would have my son go in for a teeth impression in order to get a mould prepared and sent out to the dental lab. About 3-4 days later, my son would pick up the two set of retainers, pay $150.00 and walk out. This agreement lasted for about 2.5 years, and became non-existent after that. My son went for his appointment last time, spoke to the individual setting up the impression, and was told that they are charging $75.00 for the lower set of teeth and $75.00 for the upper set of teeth, totalling to $150.00 for a single set, rather than the $150.00 we were paying for two complete sets. Since that was not the agreement, we left and decided to contact the owner on a day he was available. The day that I called, I spoke to an individual and just mentioned at the beginning of the conversation, without mentioning anything from the past, that I would like to speak to the owner, since we have had a wonderful encounter with him in the past and that he would understand the agreement reached in writing, based off of the services performed in the past. The individual that I was speaking to recognised what the call may be about, since my son left without having any services completed the day prior, and decided to take matters into her own hand and deal with it herself, therefore preventing me from speaking to the owner. I communicated her, in a respectful and polite demeanour, that the agreement that was written on a piece of paper for those who have had their orthodontic procedure done at this particular orthodontic firm in the past and that the cost of the full set used to be $75.00, but now we are being told to pay $150.00 for a single set. Her demeanour completely altered and mentioned that inflation exists and that a newspaper that used to cost pennies in the '80s are valued at a higher price today. I completely agreed with her statement, but I assured her that my son's orthodontic procedure was not done in the '80s. She mentioned that I am being a complete disservice to her and eventually stated that she will "gladly" give me a set for $75.00, after she angered a client that has been with True North Orthodontics for numerous years. I did not understand where her level of anger came from when I addressed her respectfully right from the beginning of our conversation, while utilising basic intuition. I stated that an agreement, which was in writing and right in front of me as I spoke to her over the phone was not being honoured and that I have become a customer who is irrelevant to True North Orthodontics, since I am no longer spending thousands of dollars. We have moved on from True North Orthodontics and have become very vigilant when it comes to dealing with individuals and firms who put on a temporary facade when it comes to collecting potential client money, and eventually displaying who they truly are when they aren't profiting in large amounts off of their consumers. Be aware of where you invest your money.

We had a follow up appointment with Dr Harfield at his new location in Aspen Woods. He provided excellent treatment while our daughter had her braces and she now loves her smile. He is very personable and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Also had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gage who was very friendly.

I guess you could say we are on a 'family plan' with Icon Orthodontics so that in and of itself is testament to our opinion of this place. Myself, my son and daughter have all been under the great orthodontic care at Icon starting with Dr. Low and now Dr. Gage. The care has always been consistent, personable, knowledgeable and seamless. They truly care about their clients and about getting the best results possible. You never wait, you are always informed, they always know your name and you can always trust that they will do what is right and not try to hurry your service or treatment plan to get you 'off their books.' Definitely visit this place first...you will love your smile...I do :)

We have 3 children currently being treated by Dr Gage, a 4th will start soon. We appreciate the timeliness of each appointment and trust that Dr Gage will give all our girls the best bite and smile possible. He is very casual and easy to talk to and always is in a cheerful mood. The office staff are all amazing, professional and friendly. They are patient with the mishaps that happen with braces and work you on quickly to fix any broken parts. The office is beautiful. We recommend the clinic to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Gage is so friendly and helpful. I love how the staff explains what they are doing so you know you are getting the best care. My braces have been on for 6 months now and I have seen so much improvement already! I would recommended Dr. Gage and his staff a million times over. It is a beautiful and welcoming office. They have created such a great and comfortable atmosphere, and everytime I call the staff is so kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience, especially with braces.

Let me point out that most, if not all the GOOD reviews on here are from when this was True North Orthodontics, NOT Antosz Vicelli. How they are able to use their positive reviews for their business is beyond me!! I had a written contract with True North that any replacement mouth guards etc would be free for as long as my son needed them. My son never needed a replacement until recently and they told me it would be $150.00. They don't care that you had a written contract and wanted to charge me for a replacement. Wished I had taken a spare retainer when it was Dr. Colby's business. Terrible customer service and very misleading when you see the incredible reviews that do not pertain to the current team! All the positive ones are for Dr. Colby and True North!!
