I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! They are really accommodating if we have to change appointments and they are open later on Wednesdays, it fits into our Schedules perfectly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at this dental clinic is helpful whether it’s regarding treatment or insurance questions. The dental assistance take their time to educate you on how to properly take care of your teeth. I also enjoy that the front desk staff give you an estimate of the finances prior to treatment and call to make sure you’re booking in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Image Dental and staff have been providing quality care to my family for years. With emphasis on “care”, because they do care. They have repaired, resolved or referred any issue we have had and always take the time to fully discuss and explain a procedure. Any concerns including emergencies are handled in real time which is so appreciated (what chickaboom?!).
As a bonus, the positive and fun staff at Image make going to the dentist fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have changed my 5-star to a 1-star. I had to cancel appointments due to my dog having cancer and not doing well, ultimately saying goodbye. I called to book an appointment to have a root canal. Leona at reception was extremely rude and said," you better not cancel his time as I have blocked you off for two hours" "you know I can get other people in who will actually come" Leona was made aware that I said goodbye to my dog and this is why I canceled my appointments. You never know what is going on in someone's life, and it is not the first time she has been so rude. I emailed Travis and did not even get a reply regarding how rude Leona was or even a sorry, which is saying her behavior is acceptable and it is not. I am sorry, but life does happen, and my dog being sick, trumps going to the dentist. I am paying you, and this is how I get treated. I do not recommend going here. The reception is very pushy trying to book appointments; it is incredibly overwhelming. I feel they only care about one thing- Money! They changed me an emergency exam fee when it was not booked in like that, and I was not made aware it would be an emergency fee. I would be mindful of going here and getting ready for some of the rudest client care.
