Aeir Dental - Calgary

Since I started coming to Aeir Dental, I have been seriously impressed with how friendly, professional and knowledgeable the staff is. Whereas previous dentists I've had would come in, glance at the x-ray, and essentially just nod and say "Yep, looks good", Dr. Ed actually sat down with me, checking and explaining many of the smaller details beyond just cavities, even looking at things like the size and shape of my airway. The hygienist, Jacqueline, did an excellent job during the cleaning, but beyond that, she was really friendly and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. I have found that this is true of all of the staff: They're all friendly, they know what they're doing, and they're all very good at explaining it to you in layman's terms. The building itself is gorgeous, the dental chairs are comfortable, all of their equipment seems to be high-quality (to my admittedly untrained eye). I would heartily recommend Aeir to anyone in Calgary looking for a dentist.

One of the best dentist in Calgary. My kids love going. they think is such a fun place to go ;) Doc Ed is amazing with the kids.. for us it was a painless experience, when you have kids you know what I mean. Clinic is so refresh it feel like a relaxing place to go. They did amazing with the design as well.

It was unlike any dental office that I have ever experienced. The clinic is spotless clean and the design is state of art. You feel like going to get a spa treatment in your mouth. Arlene was on top of all the dental coverages and made sure that we weren’t going over any extra expenses without us knowing. Dr Ed takes his patients very seriously but has an awesome humors dealing with my toddler. We are so glad to have found this clinic.

I've spent several years avoiding the dentist because of bad experiences and finally worked up to going this past weekend. I booked with Aeir Dental because I liked the look of their clinic from the online gallery and because I wouldn't have to take time off work since I could get a Saturday appointment . From the second I walked in I felt very welcomed and at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the space was spa-like (they even have fancy water) - completely unlike anywhere I've been before! Everything is super high tech, pristine and I didn't once detect that scary dental clinic/hospital smell! Dr Ed was very friendly, efficient and made sure to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on in my mouth. Having had many experiences in the past where dentists simply didn't bother with this stuff, I really appreciated that and never felt as though we'd be doing gratuitous work. Jacqueline made my hour of cleaning fun and painless and gave lots of helpful suggestions when we discussed my eating/drinking habits - she didn't give your usual "cut this, this and this OR ELSE," but rather "if you want to eat/drink this, then this is how you should proceed with your dental routine after." As a fan of red wine and coffee, her suggestions were much appreciated! Arlene and Debbie were unbelievably helpful when it came to my insurance and billing so I knew exactly where we were at - no surprises at the end! Their follow up has been awesome and they clearly care to ensure I left happy and well taken care of. Aeir Dental is the first dental experience I've had that made me want to return to a dentist and I can't recommend them enough. It's such a pleasant place to go and they clearly put a lot of thought into creating their practice. Thank you for having me, Dr Ed! I will definitely be returning as scheduled and be recommending Aeir to friends and family.

Always great service here. I'm very appreciative of the time Dr. Ed takes to explain every part of his process and diagnosis. I've never had a dentist call to follow up on treatment, but they go that extra few miles here. You're in good hands with Aeir Dental. AND, after we took our kids here, they "love going to the dentist!"

Unprofessional and aggressive behavior from receptionist/his spouse, great Dr there but this did not justify staying with them given the type of behavior we continued to see . I was willing to provide this feedback to them directly but did not even receive a follow up call after more than a year since leaving them.

This is a stellar dental firm for all of your dental health needs. The care my children have received has been extraordinary! I highly recommend Aeir Dental for your family. Thank you!

Dr. Ed is amazing with kids, he thoroughly explains everything that he’s going to do. He’s friendly, kind, professional and my girls love coming to the dentist because of him. They are 2 and 5, we’ve been coming for 1.5 years. Highly recommend him.
