The kindness, compassion and expert care that we have received from the vets, vet techs and front end staff has meant the world to our family. Loosing a pet during the pandemic has been a terrible experience but the kindness we received from the staff has touched our hearts. Thank you to everyone in the clinic for being just fabulous people! We can’t control most things in life, but being kind to people is one thing that we can control!

I can’t say enough good things about West Springs Vet Hospital and all the staff there. The doctors and everyone there take excellent care of my girls. Doctor Elock is the best - she provides innovative solutions for my dogs including both natural and traditional methods. They love their patients and it shows. Thanks to everyone at the hospital for being so great!!

Dr. Green is so caring and attentive to my kitten Mildred. I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions. Stephanie is also so kind and caring. I really appreciate the love they all show towards animals. It is clear they are there for the well-being of animals.

Dr. Elock and the team at West Springs Vet Hospital are incredible. They take the best care of our two dogs Jax and Mila. Dr. Elock goes above and beyond to help and truly cares for the well being of our dogs. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and helpful. We always know our dogs are in great hands.

Dr. Genevieve Harris is the most compassionate, caring vet I have ever met. The staff at West Springs are all just such lovely people and take amazing care of my two little boys, Dickens and Brie. They managed to squeeze in my Dickens today for an emergency appointment after a bad experience at a 24 hour vet hospital. They immediately examined him, got him x-rays, and it turned out he has a broken hip. Dr. Harris got me a quick referral for surgery on Monday. Thank you to all the staff who make every experience here so wonderful. My cats (especially Dickens) love you all so much, and you make them feel so calm and loved. If you are in search of a vet, this is the place to go!

Dr. Lauren Hammond is our dog's vet and she's so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm really glad I found her because I had never been to a vet before that I fully trusted with my dog. The clinic has such a good energy and everyone who works there seems to really love animals. The price of services seems to be cheaper or comparable to other clinics I've been, but the quality of care is a lot better. Highly recommend!

I Highly recommend West Spring West Springs Veterinary Hospital. My dog Sir Niko Shrimp has had many health issues his whole life; most recently, he was diagnosed with Cancer. It has been an extremely stressful and challenging time for me. Everyone who works at West Springs Veterinary Hospital has gone above and beyond to help us; they are compassionate and genuinely care. I can call anytime, and the team always makes the time to answer any questions. I have been coming here for years, and I will never go anywhere else! I have been a client of Dr Elock’s for over ten years and every visit just gives me another reason to love her and her team. Dr Elock is kind and patient and incredibly knowledgeable, and will not give up on your pet until every avenue has been exhausted. You immediately become part of the family when you book with Dr Elock. She has expanded her knowledge to include holistic management to be used in conjunction with traditional vet care. I will literally never go to another vet if given the choice, because Dr Elock’s care is simply unparalleled. She is an integral part of my family and my cats are so, so dang lucky to have her on their team (and so am I!). Dr Hammond has a heart of gold. She is thorough in her work and brings all options to the table in more complicated cases. Dr H brings compassionate, kind, patient, educated care to each appointment and really cares about your pet’s wellbeing. On the hardest day for any pet owner, she cries with you because she loves your critters, too. Dr Harris is also wonderful! She knows her stuff and is just a lovely human! She’s funny and kind and will work hard for your pets. She is an excellent addition to the West Springs team. Dr Primrose has such a broad spectrum of interest when it comes to vet med. Always keen so see, treat, and learn more and more about less common and exotic pets. All four vets have a wonderful way of explaining things. Whether you’re asking just to understand something about your own pet, or whether you’re asking an endless slew of questions for your own personal interest, each doctor is down to explain and inform! I have had the great privilege of learning from all four doctors at WSVH and am thankful for everything they’ve taught me. The techs and front of house girls are AMAZING! They love your pets so much. The front desk gals, in particular, are what keeps this show on track. They are so skilled at what they do and WSVH wouldn’t be the same without them. To have FOUR unicorn vets in one practice is beyond lucky. Give these folks a shot - your pets deserve to be WSVH pets. ???
