The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure your pet is cared for, healthy and happy. I was going to another local vet and was unhappy with the poor service, overcharging and over-prescribing that seem to be prevalent in the industry. After some research and an introduction visit to meet the staff, I decided to switch and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr Randy is very knowledgeable, fair in his pricing, caring, kind and treats my dog like he would his own. My dog has now been a patient for 3 years...I highly recommend this clinic!

My previous career was in the Veterinary Medicine field for over 10 years so I am particular about the doctors that my animals see. I recently relocated to Calgary from Vancouver and happened upon this hospital because I am a RMT at the clinic right by it. Dr. Randy is very kind and caring, he has amazing bedside manner and takes the time to listen to your concerns and work with you and your animals. He is probably one of the best veterinarians I have ever encountered. Tara the office manager is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. A huge bonus is my dog and cat feel very comfortable in their care. The office is very clean and organized. I would highly recommend anyone to come and see Dr. Randy.

Extremely helpful and responsive, I will be a customer here indefinitely. Everyone here is extremely kind and understanding, and obviously enjoys working with animals, which is reflected with the care they take in making sure our pets are safe and looked after. They are so professional yet very authentic, and compassionate. They are knowledgeable and very willing to educate me on any topic of interest. When it comes to costs, Dr. Randy is very conscious and transparent. Most importantly, they are so kind and gentle with my geriatric dog. He actually enjoys seeing a vet for the first time in his life. I recommend them to everyone I can. For as long as they are in business, this will be my vet clinic!!

One of our dogs used to hate seeing our former vet, but wags her tail when she is at this clinic. Dr. Randy is very knowledgeable and careful in his treatment approach for our older dog with a liver condition. He is also cost conscious and his services are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

We just had a meet and greet with the team and our dogs and within such a short time we felt SO well cared for. We had a scary incident with our dog recently and left the emergency hospital with so much worry and unanswered questions, not knowing what to expect. We were advised to have a follow up appointment with a primary vet and we are so glad we chose this practice!! Dr. Randy put our minds at ease after going crazy googling everything the last few days and answered all our questions, now we have an actual game plan. We brought our other dog and he even mentioned some things he noticed before we said anything at all. The hype is real!

Whenever I email them I always get the same day response and they are always very accommodating to whatever I need! I am very glad I can find such a great vet near my house! And pricing is super reasonable! The first visit was even free!! I had 2 dogs and 1 cat for 17 years before my new kitten, and I never had any vet this nice and reasonable on pricing ever! Thank you Dr Randy, Tara, and Tracy! :)
