★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only saving grace of this clinic is their front end staff. I met Dr. Liu and he made me feel like an idiot for setting foot in his office. I went in for a meet and greet and honestly, I'm not sure how Dr. Liu landed a job. He has an abrasive demeanour and obviously didn't want to be in our appointment. He was condescending and also seemed very confused about any medical questions I had. I recently moved here and when I presented him with my list of current meds, he was stupefied as to why I was taking them. With that, I tried to explain my condition and history with specialists. In return, he spent 0 time listening and jumped into some long winded explanation of what I already knew about my disease. When our appointment came to an end, it was impressive how fast he ran out of there without a word or a chance to ask any questions.

I just went in there and they didn’t receive me because they were fully booked.
When I asked: isn’t this a walk in clinic? The receptionist said it is a walk in clinic by appointment.
What? Then it shouldn’t be called a Walk in clinic!!
The lady gets offended because I mentioned this to her. She said “you don’t have to be rude about it”.
I told her: I am just telling you the truth. You shouldn’t advertise yourselves in Google as a Walk in clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Very quick since it is still new. And, great thing is one stop shop since the pharmacy is right within the clinic and those guys are also very efficient. I was in and out from the doctor and filled rx in 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Doctor Moore when my family doctor (Doctor Blakely wasn't available) and he was awesome, very helpful and friendly. They dont usually have walk in available but call in to make an appointment usually can be seen in a short time. Nurse Grace was great too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff are nice, but Dr. Cale Moore is a rather unpleasant fellow. I attended a "meet and greet" at this clinic and was really taken aback. He has a hate-on for cannabis, and belittled me, and spoke poorly of my last physician who had prescribed medical cannabis for me. I found Dr.Moore to be very abrasive, rude, and dismissive of my complaints and concerns. Not the sort of doctor I will be returning to.
