OUR SALON CHARGES PARTS + LABOUR

We are like any other professional trade-based industry, we charge for our stylist’s time & and for parts (colour & supplies). This ensures that you are only paying for the amount of product used to create your customized colour for your hair!

The pricing below DOES NOT include the custom colour charges. A stylist’s pricing is based on their level of experience and demand on their time. The total cost for your service will depend on the stylist you see, how long it takes and the amount of “parts” used (ie. colour/toner etc). Just like when you order alcohol in a restaurant, you are charged based on how many ounces are in each drink.

To price the cost of the colour used on your hair we use a digital scale system called VISH that weighs the precise amount of ounces used to create your custom colour. VISH custom colour charges can vary from approximately $7+ for roots, to $25+ for foils, to $50+ for balayage, to $100+ for colour corrections or larger transformations. Because of these factors, estimates for your service are difficult to calculate.

For haircuts, you can expect to be in the salon for approx. 45 minutes - 1.5 hours (larger changes). For colouring services, you can expect to be in the salon for approximately 2 hours (roots + haircut) - 4 hours (balayage + haircut). For colouring services that are colour corrections, larger changes or dealing with a lot of hair, expect to be in the salon for 4 - 7 hours.

We want all of our guests to be happy with their hair! If you have received a service from us and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days to go over your options. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note we do not offer refunds on services rendered. All adjustment services need to be completed by the original stylist in which you visited.
