Chatters Hair Salon - Calgary

I have had no luck since I came to Calgary last year in finding a good hair stylist, who listened to what I wanted and looked at the picture for how I wanted my Color, then another picture of how I wanted my hair styled!!! I finally found my hair stylist!!! A big thank you to Jenny V!!! You were awesome and I was very happy with the Color & style I wanted, I love it. I definitely recommend Jenny V and I don’t have to keep searching!!!

I would've given you a 5 star but one of your employee had a huge impact for me to leave this comment. The salon is no doubt 5 star in size, cleanliness, variety of products available to shop on. The stylist who took care of me was really amazing. Roberta is super friendly, very knowledgeable and you'll never have dull moment (took more than 3 hrs to do my hair but I honestly didn't even noticed the time) . He is into perfection -had to flex his work so I had put up my pic. I had awesome review but why 2 stars? its because of one of the employee there who made my day unbelievable uncomfortably awkward (ANDA - hopefully I got her name right, she's got black curly long hair with red highlights). She just barged in the area where I am sitting, started getting and slamming things, kind of mumbling but I could clearly understand what she was saying - that I was in her station. My stylist apologized to her and offer to move me in a different area but she just ignored him, pouted and smirked for the last hour that I was there. She was so unwelcoming, made me feel like I shouldn't be there and gave my stylist a diva attitude which really irritated me. What gave her the right to embarrass a person in front of a client? She didn't even say hi or acknowledge my presence , I'm a paying customer and on top of that it was my birthday and she nailed it (she definitely made a statement that day, until now 3 days after I still cant get over it) You're a service oriented business, its very detrimental to your business having an employee who has anger management, could be racial issues too. I'd definitely look at that if you want to look after your business. definitely not recommending service from ANDA with the kind of attitude that I personally saw and experienced , stay away from her if you want a relaxing day at the salon.

If you have short to medium layers, Jenny V is the stylist to see. She has cut my hair twice now and I've been very happy with the way she cut and styled my hair. She also moved smoothly and quickly through my hair and finishes within about 45 minutes. Jenny is pleasant and friendly and I will be returning to have her cut my hair again.

I had called around different locations to get a correction on a hair colour that went too light for my liking. Jenny V. At Beacon Hill accommodated me last minute, and was super sweet and skilled the whole time. She gave me a dynamic forest/emerald green colour that I am so happy with and I highly recommend her, she put in every effort to have me leave confident.

Go see Jenny V! She is an amazing at what she does! She completely fixed my colour when another stylist had incorrectly matched my colour. She always gives me professional advice. I trust anything this woman says when it comes to my hair! I will follow her anywhere. She’s also the sweetest human on the planet!

My stylist Jocelyn is the absolute best. She is professional, efficient, friendly and SO talented at what she does. I could not be happier with my experience. It took me a long time to find a stylist that I loved and I am so impressed and happy with the results! I have long, blonde hair and she does an amazing job, every time. Thank you Jocelyn!!!

First time went to a hair salon and got the best experience ever. My hair was totally a mess with green-ish colour since i coloured it myself without any knowledge about hair dyeing. But Jenny V. came in, gave me great advices and left me with an incredibly pleasing look. I really enjoyed the 4 hours spending with her, she is such a friendly, professional and excellent hair stylist. Could not be more satisfied with the final result and the price is totally affordable for the services I got. Definitely recommend for my friends and come back to her next time.

Had a lovely styling job, and a beautiful color/highlight done on my hair today by Jennifer. She was very good at listening to what my concerns were, helping me make choices, and explaining how things would look/turn out. I am very happy with the customer service I got and I'm super happy with how the hair color looks on completion. Shop was clean, organized, and fairly quiet (music was in the background, but talking was still easy). Space to move about was appreciated. It was a nice pamper me afternoon, and quite relaxing.
