All the girls were great to us (it was a girls day out and this was one of our stops for the day). My stylist, Zoie, was knowledgeable, interested, engaged and willing to find out how she could help me. She asked lots of questions to gage what i wanted and what i was looking for. She took into account everything i asked for and worked with me to get a new style i was looking for. She was willing to listen to me and did exactly what i asked. In the process she checked in with me often to make sure she was still in line with my requests. And if that wasn’t great enough she was a great conversationalist. It felt just like a family/friend shop rather than a stiff place of business. I cant speak highly enough about my experience there. I am definitely going back. This is now my permanent place to go when i want my hair done and pampering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in on Friday May 6. I didn't have a booking but was asked if I would mind a new stylist. I was ok with that. I was promised she knew her job. I paid 42.00 plus tip. NEVER IN ALL MY DAYS HAVE I HAVE A LEFT A SALON WITH SUCH A MESS. I was told the head stylist would check her work. But that didn't happen. I would have been a new customer...but it will be months for my hair to grow so I can get a decedent hair cut. So disappointed. Honestly, I'd like my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I first came to Diva from continually getting my hair done at a barbershop. First thing you notice is the professionalism from the staff and how welcoming everyone is. I got a trim and colour from Zoe Nicholson and honestly it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. The growth afterwards has been great and it’s making getting through the awkward phase of growing my hair out much more manageable. Zoe’s product knowledge is impressive and coming from someone who’s always just used a 3 in 1 drugstore shampoo I was pretty clueless on how to look after my hair. Also because she went through the breakdown of the appointment right at the beginning I didn't have any surprise costs which is rare.

Zoe 10/10 incredibly talented you won’t be disappointed
Other staff 10/10 all very friendly and welcoming
Quality of products 10/10
Salon it’s self 10/10 It felt like I walked into a different tax bracket it’s a very nice place to get your hair done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a nice Bob cut at Diva today. The stylist was so patient and made sure I liked my haircut at every stage. She explained me what she was doing and ensured I left happy. I also bought a shampoo because I just loved the way my hair felt after the wash. Would definitely return! I feel awful to have forgotten her name. It starts with A she was very good.
