Poor service. Poor quality of work. Rushed. $37 for pedicure $5 to remove old shellac and $10 additional for shellac polish. Asked to make the nail even on the right but lady said what can she do if my nail’s direction is that way. She was even giving me the nail pile to do it myself. Not worth it for $52 spent.

I’m absolutely appalled by the service me and my 2 sisters were given. It’s a shame because the lady who did mine had done my pedicure previously as well and because she did such a clean job I thought I would book my sisters in who have arrived from the uk to visit for Christmas. It seems she is the only capable and professional person there and I wish I got her name because she was lovely. However the woman who served me at the till was absolutely rude and did not take anything we said into consideration. One of my sister had a fancy acrylic design, for 75$ the acrylic was bumpy and uneven and the lines were unclean. What really made me angry was my other sister who had eczema they drilled her nails down and scratched her skin and left the gel on her skin and now she’s suffering itching her skin and they would not give me a refund. Disgusting service and disgusting attitude towards people with skin disabilities absolutely insensitive and I’m not happy and will return to get my money back because 50$ for that was unacceptable for the service EDIT: I’m replying in response to the message sent by the apparent owner, the lady who served us at the till laughed at my sister when she tried to explain about her eczema condition, that is absolutely disgusting my sister bleeds when her skin is irritated and the woman who did her nails cured the gel on her skin and used an abrasive brush which has now caused her skin to be red and itching and caused so much discomfort on her hands she had to go to the pharmacy to buy creams for her skin. If my sister was frustrated it was because the lady was insensitive, flippant and damn rude not taking into consideration and laughing at her while she was trying to explain. If anything your attitude to cater to a customers discomfort is intolerable. We have our nails done all the time and never have we come across something like this. You all should be ashamed.

Today I decided not to return to the salon after 1 year of regular monthly service. Here is the reasons why. 1. No towel was provided under my hands to catch dust from filing. 2. Nail technician should not be stopping to answer calls during service. I also felt rushed. 3. Cut my cuticle and was bleeding. 4. Used old file (i would pay more for new file or bring my own) 5. Nails feel rough at corners. 6. Communication among staff in another language and laughing is not polite. You feel like they are talking or laughing about clients. 7. Regular nail tech moved.

First time using this salon. Very nice staff and atmosphere all around. Although, I was not happy with the results initially due to shape and sloppy color, Tanis was fantastic at fixing my nails and the polish. She took the time to make sure I was happy with the final results. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place.

2 days post pedicure from this salon and my toes are in so much pain! I’ve been applying poly on it and taking Advil to ease some pain on this. They are super red and tender at the toes. She drilled so many times over my cuticle and told her that it hurts. After she went intensely with the cuticle. Reminding her that she is being a bit aggressive and that it hurts. I get a pedicure every 3 months and this has to be the worst one! The salons floors are super dirty too and after this I feel even more exposed to an infection. I would never review a place but I had to pay for my service and this is just bad.

I’ve only been here twice and both experiences were awful. My go to nail salon was busy so I decided to go here and what a huge mistake. They did my shellac nails in 5mins! I said short and round and all my nails were not the same size and shape and they didn’t clean around my nails too and no lotion at the end!! I will never go back to this place! What a mistake. If they are busy to do their job properly then they should manage their schedule better!

I’ve been here a few time and honestly, they are one of the best salons I’ve ever been too! Unfortunately, my last visit I had two girls do my nails and both girls repeatedly cut and put little burns on my finger tips and cuticles with the drill. Then today I had a walk in, which made me happy that they had the time for me. But, it took almost 3 hours for them to do a fill on my nails and multiple girls talked to each other and consulted each other about the design I choose. They said they could do it and I was excited. Once the finished, I was not happy. Didn’t look like the photo I showed. I understand nail art is hard and difficult, but I would’ve appreciated if she said that she couldn’t do it. Then they charged me $100…they have done beautiful marble and gold foil nails and even amazing gem work on me before ! I will go there again but avoiding nail art.

This was my second time here and I LOVE this place. The salon is beautiful and the staff is so sweet. I get my nails done by John, and he is excellent. He get the solar powder so close to my cuticles. He also a very sweet guy and complimented me on my choice of colours.I highly recommend this place :)
