★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a late mani/pedi and just wanted regular polish. I was asked 3 times by different girls to try shellac or their new powder. It got a little annoying. They rushed everything wanting to get out which I totally understand, but then they shouldn't have taken me in the first place. Seemed like they had no interest in making it a relaxing experience for the customer. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they are nice and the receptionist is usually very friendly, the majority of times I have gone in always with an appointment I have had to wait so long to get in a chair. They also advertise their prices differently online, when you're done with your appointment and at the register, they add on all these markups that they hadn't brought to your attention during the appointment and the price skyrockets. And almost every single time I have left the salon with something completely different from what I asked for because they don't have the colour or the skill to do the design, or simply don't understand what you want. All the nail techs talk to each other during the entirety of the appointment rather than the customer. For my last appointment I specifically went in beforehand to ask if they could do a specific design and she said yes with no hesitation, and they were not able to do it at all. If you do simple nails, mainly if they're fake nails, they will do a good job, but it is not worth the price.
I have also gone in for a wax and it was very rushed, a lot more painful and awkward than other places, and felt a lot less hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With nails, the details really make a difference - unfortunately this salon lacks in the details.
I went in for a regular shellac manicure with a glitter accent nail and they were out of 3 of my top choices - not the end of the world but not a great start.
The polish I eventually settled on was so watered down it was basically half nail polish thinner, resulting in the manicurist using about 5 coats - leaving me with a very bumpy manicure with uneven and splotchy colour.
I asked the manicurist twice if the glitter I chose would work on its own or if it needed to be layered over a coloured polish, she assured me it would look fine, and I took her word for it as I (incorrectly) assumed she’d know more than me. The glitter was extremely dull/sparse even after 3 extra coats and looked very different than the swatch.
The topcoat was extremely dull (I didn’t know such a thing was possible) and I ended up using a topcoat I have at home in an attempt to salvage it.
Unfortunately I was not wearing my glasses and didn’t get a proper look at my nails until I had left the salon. I was extremely disappointed in the standard of work I received.
I should note that the nails on my manicurist and the friend she was chatting with were very lovely, so to me that signals that they have the skills to do a good job, but perhaps not the patience or conscientiousness.
The customer service is very friendly, but at the end of the day the services lack quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this nail salon for over a year. I find them very inconsistent depending on who you have. This last time was the last time I’ll go. I felt very rushed the whole time, the girl was very distracted and my nails did not turn out well. They’re very lumping and uneven. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: I called over a week prior as there were mutilpul things I wanted done. When I arrived it seemed like they had no idea what was happening. I got a full leg wax kind of..... I had to go back into the room and show her where she missed huge patches of hair. The lady tried to tell me the hair was too shot... I had been growing it for several weeks and when she went back she was able to get most of the hair yet here I am the next day tweezing my legs.
I had to keep reminding them of what I wanted. As seen in photos I got shellac mani/pedi they seemed rushed and didnt take the time most will with rubbing your legs and arms.
My personal items were moved without my knowledge and when I went to find them I found a person in place of my items. With no apologies for moving my items.
For the amount I paid at the place I would NOT recommend.
Pros: Nice girls. Lots of colours to pick from, almost a bit overwhelming.

I called ahead and told them My nail was broken can I come in 15 minutes they said yes drove they they could not take me didn’t have my Color and sent me over to the other store they own, fine, went over there and the only girl was busy and said come back at six. Which would be a four hour wait. Not happening so I went somewhere else and had to pay another $80 to get a job done again. I only had them done two days ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for years and notice the service going downhill. I went in for a pedicure with my sister in law. It was very, very rushed. The hot stone massage lasted about 30 seconds. We were in and out in 25-30 min. By the time I got home my shellac wasn’t cured properly and the colour was off.. I drove all the way back for it to be fixed. I asked to have the colour changed just in case it was that colour that was the problem. They told me no because they were only going to file a bit of it off. The “owner” I’m assuming knew I was so angry she finally agreed to change it. Too expensive for what you get. Won’t be back.
