Everyone there is so knowledgeable and Marshall, the Sommelier on staff, has the intuitive ability to listen to what I have liked in the past and recommend incredible new treasures to try. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place literally has it all (almost)! The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped us find particular red wines that will work well for mulled wine and introduced us to a couple new liqueurs. If they can bring something in that is not currently available, they will. This is a great full service liquor store. Go there! But local product! Enjoy the holidays at home. [So back again we went “to look” and we were helped by Rachel and ended up with about 7 more bottles of wine. She was so helpful!]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't been to Wine and Beyond you are definitely missing out on quality experience of buying alcohol, knowledgeable staff and huge selection. I didn't know what I was missing until I visited Wine and Beyond. First impression, it is huge almost 4 times as big compared to your average neighborhood booze shop. Aisles and aisles of nicely laid out all kinds of wines and spirits. Best part is knowledgeable and helpful staff ready to help you out without being intrusive. You will be surprised by the general low costs overall and extensive items on sale. Overall a superior experience and I will definitely buy it here again.

Prices are a little higher than other places but you can be pretty confident what you want is there and you won't have to go somewhere else. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got great advice from an employee, excellent selection and really nice store! I found a pricing discrepancy while shopping for my wine and when I told the checkout girl, her uncaring attitude was almost shocking.
However, when I brought both the pricing discrepancy and the terrible attitude to the attention of the manager, I felt like he was actually upset over my bad experience. He offered to refund the dollar difference, but that wasn't a big deal to me. I left happy and I really hope that employee got a good talking to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shocked that Hardy, only one the best staff in the shop, has left.
We first met Hardy when he was serving us at the bar and his enthusiasm was infectious. The second time we saw him was when we were choosing our sake and wine and he gave us the information we wanted, even surprisingly so. The third time we saw him was at the till, at the same time of the day, and we were amazed at how he was able to do several jobs and still maintain his enthusiasm. At the checkout, he reminded us again that we could get 10% off the regular price for 6 bottles of wine and 20% off for 12 bottles, He also suggested that we could buy six singles beers at a discount and make some easy cocktails.
The other staff were always stone-faced and even ignored our questions and needs, and after Hardy left, we decided never to return.
