★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked if anyone was available for a deep tissue message, they said their “professional instructor” is available and that he specializes in deep tissue. I got a dry rub down, and a back rash from his dry hairy forearms. I asked if he can go deep on the knots in my back, he didn’t even acknowledge it.
I told the front desk person I wasn’t happy, and her response was “sorry, but I can recommend someone that does deep tissue”. I asked why was I booked in with him when I called and asked for a deep tissue. Her reply “I don’t know”. It’s not the first time I’ve been booked with whoever just to get my business. I just wasted a $100, again.
Last time going here. There are many other options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my first experience here was quite poor and will not be returning. My massage therapist Murad did not seem experienced and the overall technique wasn't great. The knots in my shoulders weren't addressed at all (I booked for deep tissue). He also was not very welcoming or make me feel comfortable.
At the end of my massage the woman at the reception asked how it was. After I voiced my concerns she didn't say anything and simply took my payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a 60 minute massage but the person was 5 minutes late and ended up only getting 50 minutes of a massage that was supposed to be relaxing and was far from. If you want a deep tissue/sports massage, this place is fine but for any sort of calm and relaxing massage you should go to a spa.
